The hotel is located opposite two shopping malls, has laundry facilities, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The attention to detail is especially impressive. I would definitely stay at Jazz Hotel again if I return to Penang.

I love my stay here. The room is very new and comfortable. I stayed in a room for 3 people (1 queen bed and 1 single bed) and it's pretty comfortable for 3 of us to move around. All of the facilities inside the room are working perfectly: Wi-Fi, water heater, bidet, electricity, etc. Despite being located near a busy road, the noise does not reach the room at all. The location is so good as it is very close to Iconsiam and several public transportations. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby for a quick bite or emergency purchase (it's pretty complete there as most of the basic essentials are available). The staff are very kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend for those who wants to travel to Bangkok.

Zand Morada is a really good hotel if you are coming to the Pattaya area. Beach front with a swimming pool at the resto area. Front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Food prices are not too expensive and they have many choices on the menu. The bed, OMG, is very comfortable, soft, and perfect for us and makes us want to sleep all day hahaa. The reception area is clean and has a really good smell when you are entering. Good for kids also because they have a kids club. The housekeeping team is doing a really good job to make up our room. Definitely, we will be back again next time.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was once again a very pleasant experience. The price is affordable and offers great value for the quality provided. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and rest. The Pan Pacific Orchard has always been my go-to hotel whenever I visit Singapore—I never stay anywhere else. The location is close to Orchard Road but pleasantly quiet. The service is excellent, everything is impressive, and the architecture speaks for itself. The swimming pool is unique—definitely an amazing place overall.

Very family friendly, the size of the twin beds is 140x200 which means if combined it becomes 280x200, the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) were very sufficient, no need for an extra bed and what made me impressed was that the hotel did not prohibit us when 5 people were in 1 room, where sometimes some hotels only allow a maximum of 4 people. In fact, we were given extra towels and amenities for our children. The staff were all very friendly, and most importantly it was close to the MTR station and there were many places to eat around. Highly recommended, next time I go to HK I will come back to this hotel
