Stayed 3 nights of tt practice week & had a great time.
All staff were friendly & professional and can’t fault the breakfast & evening meals as they were excellent.
First time here since Comis have taken over.

What a beautiful hotel 😀
Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, this extends to all staff, not just the reception staff. Cleaners were brilliant, friendly and looked loke they were actually happy to be working.
Room was very clean an comfortabme with great little touches. The little treat box for my dog was beyond adorable.
The hotel itself is spectacular, the outdoor seating and views are to die for. The location for us was perfect, right in the middle of all the main tourist attractions; we drove around the whole island, so the location for us was perfect.

We stayed to end out TT holiday in the IOM the hotel was gray outside and looked very dowdy. The staff in the front desk were very friendly. the rooms needed a deep clean, the restaurant was very quiet and the staff and food was extremely poor; I didn’t expect to wait so long to be told to wait on our self’s for a £60 Sunday dinner that was supposed to be our 10th wedding anniversary dinner, something luxurious but the lamb was cold and tough, the beef was inedible the veg was cooked well but sadly I wish I’d known better when we walked in we should of walked out.

The hotel is lovely. We had afternoon tea when we arrived which was excellent. The dinner was excellent too, we had fish and a burger. A bit pricey but excellent. The pool is idyllic which is included in your stay. We did want a treatment but there were no staff available during our stay, also the spa was closed, but at £50 per person for 2 hours it’s also very expensive. The room was very nice and bright, bathroom had a bath and a huge shower. Staff were very nice, but I didn’t feel the restaurant staff were attentive, they didn’t ask if we needed anything and had to ask for more drinks. But they were very nice.

Lovely place. We stayed with our small dog for a couple of nights. Facilities are amazing, golf, spa, swimming, gym, etc.
Set in beautiful, peaceful grounds with easy access to Douglas (20 min drive)
We had a 3 course meal in one of the restaurants and not only was the food amazing and very reasonably priced for the quality but it really felt like they went the extra mile... and were happy to.
The chef prepared a special sauce to accomodate my partners food intolerances and the dog was offerred a plain char-grilled chicken in the restaurant as well.

The best (family) hotel in the Isle of Man? We were on the island for a few days and wanted to cover as much as possible of the island. The location was perfect to cover north, south, west and eastern parts of the island.
We got a connecting room and had some disturbance in the morning from the room next to us but the staff blocked it off after the guest checked out. Excellent service. Breakfast is somewhat basic but had everything you needed and a great scrambled egg.
Big parking space, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and nice Christmas decoration which gave a nice ambiance. They even have an indoor pool included in the stay, and with option to add access to spa or have treatments.
We had a great stay here. Thank you!

The stay was ok but you have to drive everywhere. My room was not cleaned for the whole week I stayed, food very overpriced, and nearly £20 for breakfast is crazy. When I asked for coffee and milk at reception they questioned if I was a guest. To finish off I went to the restaurant and was told to come back later as they were busy I could only see about 15 people so had to do the walk of shame back to my room. Gym facilities need updating - old cycling and rowing machine. Gym TV did not work. No music for pace setting in gym. Motion detection lighting in gym did not detect me on the rowing machine so for 4 mornings I rowed in the dark. Swimming pool needs lighting above the centre of the pool because it is very dark in the pool. Leisure centre changing rooms were too small, with one shower, 2 changing rooms, broken lockers, toilet floor was flooded everyday. Lock on the shower door was broken, shower soap dispenser was empty. Floor in hotel room was dirty after cleaning. Hotel postcode did not take us to the hotel using SatNav.
