Location was incredible. Very scenic with well kept grounds and excellent, friendly service. I would highly recommend this property which is very family vacation oriented as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a great surprise to find such a lovely complex within the gates of Arbatax. Something for everyone. Lovely gardens, delightful buggies to take you round the park. Good food, efficient bars and great sports facilities and...wonderful sea!

We arrived 1 day before the resort was to close for the season so it was nice and not too busy. Good service in getting guests around on arrival. They upgraded us from a classic to superior room which has a terrace, but the room was very basic, not of 4* standard. No hair dryer, no kettle, no dressing table, and 2 little sachets of shampoo and shower gel were all that was offered. There was no table or arm chair in the room, 2 little side tables were the only table surface you have in tbe room. The room was big enough to have a little table and a couple of comfy chairs, as you'd expect from a 4 star hotel.
The outdoor beaches were very beautiful and well kept, but the main pool where people gather for drinks day and night was not well kept, and on the dirty side when we went for a drink in the evening. Drity tables and dead leaves around the area is not 4*.
Air conditioning was sketchy, it kept stopping every now and then, and the maintenance man showed us if you unplug then replug and switch on, it works again. We did this a few times, including in the middle of night we woke up too hot.
Breakfast was very average.

The island is beautiful. The resort had nobody to offer nor ditect activities. We fou d out by accident that there was a Sardinian fest. The food was okay. Seafood all tasted fishy. I normally would not complain. Tbey need to take lessons from other resorts for customer service. They closed up just about all shops and restaurants for the season a few days into our 11 night stay. So nothing to choose from.
The beach was beautiful. Lots of chairs. Water was clear and warm. Walk to Totolli and check out the town.

The location within the resort is excellent, just a few steps to the beach. The small beaches were clean and quiet, with just enough sun loungers. Drinks at the Beach Bar were a bit pricey, 3 euro for a can of coke, but the food was good value for lunchtime. Bar staff also add 10% for table service, even for singles/couples. Rooms are very basic, but air conditioning works well and some rooms have ceiling fans too.

Staff was friendly but incapable of attending customers timely. Can visibly see other guests disgruntled as they waited for rides which were necessary to get around the large property. My "superior" room was tiny and had zero view. Quality vs price was poor compared to my other stays on the island.the beach in front toda the property were also not as nice as other beaches on the island. The terrace bar and restuarant are quite pleasant.

It was a wonderful stay. This place is great for families as they plan a lot for children. They take very good care of the details. For example we were on half board and getting in late and we're going I miss dinner so they had two antipasto plates waiting for us. They also saw that we were leaving on a later flight so they arranged a shuttle to leave a bit later than their normal runs. We also asked for a quiet room which was a little higher up and this was ideal as we didn't have the beach foot traffic. They have the most beautiful beaches and yoga in the morning. Breakfast and dinner was lovely (although breakfast can get a little repetitive after 7 days ) and we enjoyed quite a few drinks at the bars and yummy pizza during lunch. We took two trips into the port town and had a wonderful dinner there one night and a boat trip to the Orri beach which is a must do. In addition you can take canoes each day and paddle around the coast line or take a diving lesson. Only two recommendations would be to ventilate the bathrooms better and more English speaking staff (they had French, German and Itslian eel covered)

Atendimento de check-in ruim, refeições no hotel de péssima qualidade. Estacionamento grátis, porém de muito difícil acesso ao hóspede.

The 3 own bay beaches are wonderful. The parking spots are too far away from the rooms. Too small snack food offers during lunchtime mostly expensive buffet is offered. Better to book half or all in.

Café da manhã tenebroso, similar a um bandejão. Serviço de transporte dentro do estabelecimento lamentável. Vagas de estacionamento limitadas. Sobre a habitação, as toalhas soltavam tanto pelo ao se enxugar, ou seja, péssima qualidade. Chuveiro com baixa vazão e a temperatura alterava-se sozinha. Os atendentes da recepção nunca podiam fazer nada e tínhamos de pedir pelo amor de Deus para conseguir algum transporte dentro do próprio hotel, pois para se locomover no hotel é necessário transporte.
