The hotel was in a fabulous area, walkable to everything. The family run hotel treated all guests as if they were the only ones there, providing personalized care. The breakfast was fantastic and the homemade jam was delicious! We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Aretusa Vacanze was excellent and all the staff were so friendly. The breakfasts were very good and they were enhanced by the excellent selection of homemade jams. Parking was about 10 minutes walk away for €20/ day in a private lot which was reasonable for the area.

A lovely family run B&B with a rooftop terrace overlooking the city and the sea. Wonderful breakfasts with choice of delicious homemade jams and yummy croissants etc. Our room was large and comfortable and the bathroom totally modern. Stefano provided great restaurant recommendations and helped with travel arrangements. Highly recommend and great value!

I can't say enough nice things about the hosts. They were so accommodating and gave us great recommendations on restaurants. The location is very close to the main areas. The room was wonderful. There was a place to hang your laundry on a little terrace. I would highly recommend staying here. Ortigia is just beautiful.

We were welcomed by Stefano, whose English was excellent.
He was gracious and helpful in the extreme.
This is a truly family-run business, including Stafano's father (Maurizio) and son (Christian).
We have also met Antonio, who works on the front desk.
The room was spotlessly clean and of the highest quality.
A fridge as part of a small kitchen, access to a little courtyard, high speed wi-fi, a superior wall safe, lots of storage space and really effective air-conditioning gives you everything you want and more.
Stefano had arranged a taxi from Catania Airport to Aretusa Vacanze with his friend, Danilo, for €90.
