Amazing hospitality, super helpful, great value and superb location (2 minute from vienna st), everything we can reach. Good breakfast and appreciate for staff while missing my luggage. Bathrooms had mold and we had to book another room for a family of 4. While booking through the app we we mentioned the kids with family of 4 and we booked the system suggested room. Upon our arrival the front desk made us book another room saying that kids age doesn’t apply to that room size which we entered our kids age while booking as that’s how the system will let you even reserve it in the first place.
