I had an excellent time staying at Croce Di Malta. The staff was so kind to me and helped me navigate Firenze beautifully. The pool was heavenly and we were close to absolutely everything!

Lovely hotel situated in a perfect position to explore Florence on foot. Hotel staff were fantastic, all were very helpful and welcoming. The pool is excellent and with the high temperatures in Florence during our visit, was great for spending an afternoon relaxing in. My only negative was that the air conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked and expected. This was definitely the case in our room but also throughout the hotel.

Excellent hotel right in the centre and within easy reach of everything you could possibly want. Superb room with 2 bathrooms!!!!! Unheard of.
Gorgeous staff on reception and at breakfast.
Pool does sit in the shade so is cold but that didn’t bother the kids.

Lovely hotel situated in a perfect position to explore Florence on foot. Hotel staff were fantastic, all were very helpful and welcoming. The pool is excellent and with the high temperatures in Florence during our visit, was great for spending an afternoon relaxing in. My only negative was that the air conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked and expected. This was definitely the case in our room but also throughout the hotel.

Centrally located to the Duomo [~3-4 blocks...be sure to check it out at night from the roof top bar! ], easy walk to most other museums/sites/restaurants, you can even walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station!

Nice hotel close to all of the main attractions. Located very close to the train station. Hotel staff all very nice. Room was simple but more than enough. Air conditioning was working very well. If you want to be located right in the action you could stay a little closer to the Duomo but this hotel was very nice overall

Nice hotel and pool, rooftop was nice but short hours and no shade on hot days. Housekeeping missed our room both days while our friends on other floors received regular morning housekeeping. It would be nice to have more amenities in the room, particularly body lotion, shampoo etc.

Very nice people. Helped us with locking safe and late check out but the Bed and sofa were at 2 different levels with stairs in the room. Had to go down to turn off the lights at night. AC is under repairs.

Everything about the hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed with a good bathroom. The breakfast had a wide choice, was excellent and the staff worked extremely hard. Being just a short walk from the bus and tram station made it easy to get to from the airport, but then everywhere we wanted to visit was also an easy walk. Just a perfect location to visit Florence.

I was placed in a room directly across from major construction in 3+ rooms on the 3rd floor. Check-in is 2pm and construction went past 5pm. Neither Hotels.com nor the hotel mentioned the major construction. Not only the sounds (8am-5pm) but the smell of plaster and dust was harmful to my health. The front desk was somewhat rude when I asked for a new room. The hotel offered me a drink for having to change room. Disappointing
