A truly beautiful place. Great views of the lake. Staff are fantastic. Lovely location and a nice walk to the lake and the town. Beautiful pool to relax around. The breakfast is fantastic so much choice with freshly baked breads and pastries. Highly highly recommend a stay here

Perfectly clean room and lovely pool facilities. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Free use of bikes for 1 hour. The food in the bar was pretty delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

We recently stayed for a friends weeding and you could not fault the hotel. Great location the staff are lovely. They even had a pool but it was very cold maybe warm the pool up.
Apart from that would stay here again for sure as the views from the room was stunning.

We had a lovely time at Hotel Benacus. ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had booked a standard double room and on arrival they had kindly upgraded us to a family room (free of charge) as we were travelling with our toddler which was very kind. Even at breakfast my husband couldn't eat the scrambled eggs as they had bacon and again the next morning and for the rest of the week they had made the eggs without bacon and without even asking for this! Another very kind gesture. The room was modern and clean, had a smart TV which was handy for our toddlers cartoons. The play area outside was a nice touch and the pool was good but wasn't warm enough to go in. They also give you a free hour on their quadricycle which we could go on as a family and was lots of fun! In terms of location, it was perfect. Opposite a supermarket which was handy and a 15-20 minute leisurely walk along the beautiful lake to the centre of Malcesine. Overall a lovely hotel with lovely staff. Thank you!

Really friendly staff, rooms are due to be renovated over the winter so will improve even more over time! Location is a 20-25 minute walk to Malcesine along the lake which is so scenic. Or you can take a 5min bus at 1,20 or 2,10 depending on the tourist or local bus. Very much recommended!

Hotel Benacus was a joy to stay in. I had a single room which was spacious, comfortable and clean as was all the hotel and grounds. The management and staff were very pleasant and welcoming and always on hand to give advice and information with regard to the resort and amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

It was a 2 nite stay; enjoyed the area..super beutiful. Roberto, owner and manager of the hotel personally takes care of the guests and does a wounderful job. Alwayz offering his assistance and guiding guests to places and providing or recommeding restorants with discounts. I will come back to this hotel any time I can.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Benacus. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. The hotel, pool & grounds were spotlessly clean and the views were beautiful. The walk into Malcesine took about 20 minutes but 95% of the walk is on a flat promenade next to the beautiful lake.

Stayed for 6 nights in June. Comfortable room with balcony. Very clean family run hotel, very friendly and helpful. Family obviously take a pride in their hotel and guests comfort. Garden and pool area very peaceful and relaxing. Hotel about 20/30 enjoyable minute walk along lake into old town of Malcesine (or if you prefer a 5 minute tourist bus ride for 1 euro).
