Property was well kept with amazing staff. Quiet residential neighborhood but walkable and safe. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. Drinks in the garden are a must after a long day. This is a must stay hotel when visiting Roma. I will definitely be returning.

My first solo holiday abroad by myself so I was very anxious the hotel was very easy to get to and they helped to organise a hotel transfer e.c.t. Some staff were more helpful/welcoming than others/recommending of facilities in the hotel e.c.t. but it felt safe was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is highly recommended. The room was simple but very nice and the gardens were well kept. The décor was fabulous and if I was to stay in Rome again I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Fenix.

I felt very safe and comfortable as a single woman at Hotel Fenix. I liked being in a residential neighbourhood. Transit was easy to access. Breakfast had all the options. Staff was friendly and helpful. :-)

Everything was perfect except the, temperature of the room was hot during yhe night time mo Air-condition!!!! Front desk gave me a fan it does help but not like Air-conditioning.
