Breakfast was always ready and fresh from 7-10am. It’s a decent buffet style with variety to choose from. Room was cleaned daily, hotel is literally a 3 min walk from Milan Céntrele. You can catch metro, bus, rail car, taxi etc to go anywhere in city. This includes bus rides to the airport. There is also access to high speed rail and regional trains which makes the Hotel ideal for moving around to other areas.

We booked our stay at Bernina because it was close to Milano Centrale train station. That was worth it. The hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was cozy but clean. Nice to have a refrigerator. The breakfast had a nice assortment of carbs and protein. Staff was courteous. Would recommend for a short stay in Milan.

Location was convenient. The hotel was very clean tbh however the room was so so tiny for the price. Couldn’t imagine there is a room that small. Some of the staff were not that helpful, I had a friend who wanted to stay over and I talked to one person but apparently he didn’t know what he was talking about although I explained what was needed, the other person said no it can’t be done and the first person was wrong. Also the booking isn’t flexible, it can’t be canceled. The area is sketchy at night. For the price I think there are better options.

Went to Milan for one night and this was a perfect budget-friendly hotel. It’s right by the central station so super easy access, hotel was clean and well-maintained. Older building but was still quiet for being on a busy-ish street. The front desk workers were also very friendly.

Very nice place, I was not disappointed. Keeping in mind that this place is rated athree star, I'd say it excited my expectations. The staff was fluent in English and very helpful. I will stay here agin.

Very central and close to Milan centrale FS station with connections to the airports. Buses take you there from Malpensa and Bergamo, for Linate you can take metro lines also at the station, the area has many shops, restaurants, super safe. The hotel is modern, the room was a single but plenty of space for 1 person , more than I expected, I had a full wardrobe area, bathroom and bed were exceptional and quiet area, services and cleaning was great! I’ll stay here next time im in Milan, and definitely recommend!

Staff are friendly & welcoming. Room was a bit tired & very basic but it was clean. Bed could have been more comfortable, it was extremely hard. We like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on a surf board so i’m glad we were only staying 3 nights.
