Ho soggiornato con la famiglia una sola notte (eravamo di passaggio) e questo hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa: edificio di qualche decennio fa, ma perfettamente rinnovato e dotato di tutti i servizi. Stanza pulita e comoda. Hanno mantenuto elementi di arredo vintage che personalmente apprezzo tantissimo.

La réception à notre arrivée était très mal organisée ; nous n’avons même pas reçu d’informations claires sur le prix du petit-déjeuner, qui coûte en réalité le double par personne s’il est acheté sur place, par rapport à une réservation incluant le petit-déjeuner (c’est la première fois que nous rencontrons ce cas).
Le personnel était froid et peu serviable.
Un soir, nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver une place de parking car le garage était bloqué par une grosse voiture, et la personne à la réception nous a simplement proposé de nous garer dans la rue.
Dans l’ensemble, ce n’était pas l’expérience que nous attendions.

Esperienza da dimenticare. Pagato regolarmente la stessa camera due volte con carta di credito per sbaglio prima della mezzanotte per sbaglio tramite il sito hotels.com. Prenotazione regolarmente accettata da sito. Siamo arrivati in hotel prima della mezzanotte , abbiamo suonato e chiamato invano al telefono. Ho dormito in macchina con mia moglie e mia figlia piccola. Al mattino ho chiamato l'hotel. I proprietari oltre ad essere prepotenti non disponibili non hanno fatto nulla per leviare il disagio ed il danno subito. Ho solo raccontato i fatti e lascio a chi legge la possibilità di giudicare questi soggetti.
