Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful. One window of the room only had a net curtain, slightly concerned but once I had found it had shutters outside, so leaning out and closing them every night made complete darkness. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay, views are amazing.

The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows.

Lovely quaint hotel. Parking area is quite small so recommend a small hire car. I was lucky to get a room with a balcony. Staying on business so no time for sightseeing. Food in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good with the offer of cooked food to order.

The bed and pillows were hard. Breakfast was decent, the room was small, common areas are new. They close the doors at 2300, need to buzz someone to open the door. Area is really nice. Parking is TIGHT

This hotel was just okay. San Pellegrino Terme is not really on the tourist track and as a result there didn't appear to be many hotel choices. Check-in was a little awkward as the owner of the hotel is an older fellow who was a bit rough around the edges. He never told us where to find our room so we rode around on the elevator for a bit looking for our room. Finally, the son of the owner found us and directed us to our room. Very basic room but extremely clean. And very quiet.
