This was a nice, clean, economical place to stay. The service at the front desk was excellent. Breakfast (included) was good. Comfortable beds, good (adjustable) water pressure in the shower. Very easy to walk to from the Milano Centrale train station.

Clean, tidy, very, very helpful friendly staff, ideal location for milan central station, short walk, but still quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent and good to set you up for the day. Thank you all at hotel club

The breakfast is the most lousy thing in this restaurant, the room is small specially the bathroom is very small I don’t advise anyone to go here, specially because the prices are so high and the quality is so bad

The hotel has the policy to give them keys when we go out of property. We came at main entrance around 11.30 pm and kept calling and ringing the door for 30 mins and waited in - 1 degree. The towels don't smell fresh. Rooms are cold even after turning on heater. The rooms feel like they are haunted

I'd have given this hotel an excellent review but for the noise from a heat pump that clattered during the night. The noise seemed to reverberate around the courtyard that the hotel backed onto. It wasn't the hotel's fault and there probably wasn't much they could do about it but being noise sensitive, it wasn't great. In every other respect, the hotel was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Location is good, close to a train station. Continental breakfast for €10 has a decent choice. But would be nice to have a kettle in a room!
