Hotel Cristina

We had no hot water over night. There was a round toilet seat that was smaller than the oblong Italian toilet. The entire bathroom floor and part of the room floor had water all over it after taking a shower.

Antonio and the entire staff are great. I had a very nice room and everything appeared to be new. Very clean and fully equipped. The view of the island of Cirella is spectacular, especially during sunset from the restaurant terrace. I sat there with my beer and just enjoyed the surroundings. My only suggestion is use softer pillows. I found them to be very hard. Loved the staff and breakfast and Calabrese hospitality. I would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but it needs some attention to detail to bring it up to a higher standard. Discarded water bottles and other litter was left in place for the six days of our stay. The guests should dispose of their garbage in the provided receptacles, but the hotel should assign cleaning staff to clean it rather than leave the garbage. It was pointed out that the shower enclosure was broken and to just use the floor mat to absorb water that may leak. Better to fix it and make a better impression. That being said, we did enjoy the room, the breakfast and the two restaurants on site. Nearby beaches (.5kms) and the town of Diamante are great.

Using the time old method of while traveling and sticking a pin in the map this was the location selected. We enjoyed a welcome by the family, an excellent meal and the good company of the host later that evening. It was a very enjoyable experience of staying in an Italian family owned hotel that is so different to the corporate style one encounters. It has good old fashioned hospitality and a warmth od welcome that will be enjoyed by all who chose to stay here.

Could not fault the Hotel Cristina, due to visiting slightly out of season the hotel itself was quiet. We were treated fantastically, almost as part of the family, the owner recommended some local beaches and bent over backwards to check we had everything we required. The breakfast was available even though we kept somewhat unorthodox times and was a real treat to experience everyday. The rooms themselves are comfortable and I really couldn't have asked for more for what was an exceptionally reasonable price.

Helt greit. Hyggelig betjening, fint basseng. Dårlig frokost, omtrent ikke trykk i dusj og toalett.

Dejligt at være tilbage efter 40 år, tilbage i en tidslomme. Fin ny tilbygning med pool.

Schöne Anlage, einfache Zimmereinrichtung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen… preiswertes gutes Hotelrestaurant…ausserhalb vom centro storico, zu Fuss ca. 30 Min.

Camera abbastanza grande altrettanto il bagno per una settimana mi sono dimenticato della macchina vicino al mare con un mare stupendo

Il soggiorno a Diamante è stato stupendo peccato che non si possa dire altrettanto dell'hotel. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era piccola e con materassi logori. Il nostro letto matrimoniale aveva 2 materassi singoli di cui uno faceva la conca e l'altro era leggermente meglio. Risultato? mal di schiena. Gli asciugamani in 3 giorni non sono stati mai cambiati. La colazione era scarsa con un cappuccino un cornetto, fette biscottate con marmellata e poco altro. Inoltre l'aria condizionata era a pagamento ed il posto mare era riservato solo a coloro che avevano prenotato la camera con mezza pensione o pensione completa. Tutte cose che al momento della prenotazione erano indicate come offerte. Pagare 320 euro circa per 3 giorni in 2 con questi servizi è proprio una esagerazione. Penso proprio che non ci torneremo più.

Residence tre stelle parecchio datato, per una questione di organizzazione abbiamo prenotato pochi giorni prima della partenza, che dire abbiamo trovato un'offerta 120€ Una quadrupla per due notti con colazione, non potevamo aspettarci diversamente, camere da rimodernare anche se con TV ed aria condizionata, la colazione solo un cornetto e fette biscottate con marmellata, il ristorante ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Vista su Cirella super...

Hotel bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage de Diamante avec superbe vue. Propriétaire & sa mère gentils et serviables. Petit-déjeûner copieux. Préférable d'avoir sa voiture pour visiter le village de Diamante.

Leggendo le tantissime recensioni ottime sui vari siti abbiano deciso di affidarci a questo hotel che di hotel Ha ben poco....appena arrivati già i primi problemi la camera non era pronta nonostante il nostro ritardo al check-in camera non della struttura Cristina ma sole mare 😱 con muffa e affaccio sui camini del ristorante 😱 le lenzuola mai cambiate se non espressamente richiesto,copri materasso non si usa in Calabria credo...la colazione molto risicata e va chiesta ogni cosa con tempi di attesa che oscillano sui 20mininuti,se chiedi il secondo cornetto ti guardano male e devi pregare che ci sia ma se sei amico dei proprietari sei servito e riverito La cena non la commentiamo perché siamo signori ma mai più abbiamo cenato o pranzato in hotel I 400mt dal mare sono finti ! Abbiamo anche espressamente chiamato la struttura per chiederne info e ci hanno confermato la bufala scritta sulla pagina dell'albergo! In. Realtà sono 800mt tutti in discesa e ovviamente al ritorno tanta salita... Detto questo il lido è fantastico ringrazio tanto la signora Cinzia,Alessandra e la loro famiglia perché il lido Cristina è il fiore all'occhiello di diamante! Cucina espressa e buonissima! mare fantastico personale splendido! Ci torneremo sicuramente ma non alloggeremo mai più nell'hotel....abbiamo conosciuto parecchie persone che venivano da anni e ci hanno confermato la decadenza dei servizi e delle camere...a voi il giudizio !!

Séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel pour découvrir la côte. Belle vue sur l'île de Cirella mais plage plus éloignée que nous ne pensions. Plage privée mais payante 12 euros la journée, même pour les clients de l'hôtel. Il faut prendre la voiture pour rejoindre les villages alentour : Diamante, Cirella et Praia a mare...
