The staff was phenomenal. They made our stay super special and surprised us with a very warm welcome. The girls working the front desk and the ones in the breakfast area were fantastic, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome. The place was nice, clean. The stuff super nice. The problem we had was that the room was facing the street. The windows are super old and you could even hear people talking walking on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. There was delivery trucks and garbage trucks pick up in the night or very early in the morning. Super noisy.
