No one was around for check-in, but we were emailed instructions for entry. Finally met staff next morning, who's very nice. Room is very small, very basic. Looks better in the pictures. Included breakfast is also very basic. You get what you pay for I guess, as hotels in Pisa are a bit pricey since it's a very busy/popular tourist hub.
Good only for an overnight stay in Pisa. Very convenient location - only 3 mins walk to Pisa Centrale train station, or PisaMover train to airport.

The hotel was very conveniently located by the train station and the amenities were good. There is no lift which could be a bit of a struggle for some guests. The bedroom was fine with everything we needed, but the shower was not clean. It had a clogged drain and the tiles were very stained around the lower half. The shower pressure dropped very low if you wanted hot water. The walls are also a little thin but luckily our neighbours stopped watching TV at a reasonable time.

The room is fine for one night due to its proximity to the train station. But it's small. Felt a little claustrophobic. The AC did not work properly so I had a warm night in a stuffy room.

It is located very close to the train station for convenience, as we were train-hopping touring Italy. The room is OK with basics, clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the leaning tower. The cost is a little overpriced though.

A good choice for our last night in Tuscany before heading for an early flight from Pisa. Less than 5 mins on foot from both train & bus stations & an easy 22min walk to the airport (& we’re in our 70’s!). Also an easy walk to the Tower, shopping & other points of interest.
The hotel itself is older but well maintained by a friendly family & everything needed was there- A/C, WiFi, adequate breakfast & lovely starched white sheets on a comfortable bed. Ticked all my boxes & would happily return.

The hotel rooms look tired and dated but they are very clean and comfortable. If you want one or two nights then this hotel is perfect for you.
The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located 2 mins walk from Pisa Centrale Station, 25 mins very pleasant ( for the most part) walk from the airport and about the same from The Tower.
I would highly recommend a stay here to go and visit the sights as you get to see FAR more of the town than if you stayed on the other side of the River Arno, there are some wonderful bars, restaurants and shops to see on your walk.
Make sure to visit Keith's Cafe, opposite Keith Harings final piece of art and Gli Sfusi for some excellent affordable wine 👍 both within two mins walk.
