Very nice hotel, in a great location. Especially a great location to get to and from the airport via the tram. Staff was great and held our bags for us before check in and put our bags in our room for us when it was ready. Only complaint was the WiFi did not work for us and there was a smell coming from our air conditioner.

The room is good only thing the shower clocked a bit and water did not drain quickly. Also the door lock is a bit tricky. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean though every outside the room and stairway was very dusty due to work going on. We had a refund for breakfast which wasn’t available due to renovation work. Although there was a kettle in the room there was no coffee available which would have been even more welcome considering the lack of breakfast. Hopefully this will a more welcoming hotel when the renovations are complete.

Pro: Great friendly staff. Magdalene was great. Location is excellent.
Con: No elevator,water pressure and temperature varies. No elevator- dated carpets that can be easily replaced.
Tips: ask for lower floor room while booking.

No elevator in this hotel and the room had a strong smell of mold. You can smell the mold as soon as you enter the room. Also, the AC occationally blew a sewage smell, making is difficult to stay in the room. Don't recommend this hotel

The hotel is in great location but no elevator. The reception area looks very poor. The reception guy was nice, helpful with the luggage. The bathroom smells the sewer. We will not recommend this hotel if you like 4 stars and higher.
