Wonderful stay with our kids. We got a triple sharing room. Plus points are elevator, comfortable bed, bidet, good breakfast, snacks in the afternoon at the lounge and the lobby has a foosball and animal decorations. Complimentary water bottles on your first day only.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is a short walk from the main train station and therefore also one of the main metro stations.

Fabulous hotel. Room was larger than expected. Bed comfortable if you like firm. Staff were fantastic and breakfast was very good. Very convenient location to the main train station.

Mostly a good stay, however, my room was small and when I notified the staff that my shower drain was clogged, they didn’t fix it. Also, maids left my door unlocked after going in every single day.

We stayed for five nights. It was very easy to check in and out. Marco and Frederico at the front were so kind and helpful our entire stay. We had a small problem figuring out the A/C at first, but then it worked just fine! If i ever come back to Milan, I will be staying here again. All the staff were so sweet!!

Friendly staff and clean facilities. Only issue is the the WiFi didn’t work in our rooms the entire time. Had to go downstairs to use WiFi. The staff tried to get it to work but they couldn’t

A little quirky mix of hostel and Hotel with unusual Decor a mix of 50s 60 s & 70s. Comfortable except for an extremely small shower and give excellent afternoon tea , gratis, with fantastic hot chocolate. Easy walking distance from centrale station and metro along with access to trams. Plenty of food options in the surrounding area along with a couple of supermarkets. Good stay .

Everything was good , but I was hoping that a hotel of this magnitude will be able to provide in room coffee and tea along with electric Kettle ,, considering how many East Asian costumers are checking in to this hotel and we are so accustomed to hot water.
Bathroom is nice but as you shower the water is dripping outside as it’s not very well thought out.
But overall the hotel spa services and accommodation was pleasant and everyone at the front desk always ready to help

Close to walk to central fs and Repubblica station. Everything was good except breakfast.
If you eat small amount of breakfast like coffee and croissant, you are better eat outside. Breakfast is not very good… another great!!
