O hotel em si é bom, o quanto é amplo e o café da manha é bom, contudo nosso quarto estava muito sujo e empoeirado (carpete é uma coisa terrível) o que fez minha esposa ter uma crise de asma e o pior foi o ar condicionado que não funcionava corretamente, passamos duas noites mal dormidas por conta disto, pedi ajuda duas vezes em relação ao ar condicionado mas ninguém conseguiu resolver foi nos dito que era daquele jeito mesmo porque estava muito quente.

Ho trascorso una notte per motivi di lavoro ma l esperienza é stata eccellente sia per la disponibilità di Simona che per il confort della camera e ,in ultimo ma non per importanza, l ottima cucina presso il ristoratore sito nell hotel stesso contraddistinto dalla gentilezza dello staff e dagli ottimi piatti: le braciole alla saba sono sublimi!!!!

Male la gestione della fattura che non ho avuto: mi hanno detto che il mio rapporto è con Expedia ma io non ho alcuna info da Expedia nè tantomeno la fattura: tanti problemi e perdite tempo INUTILI.
