Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, convenient parking, nice and clean room with sufficient shelf space and racks to hang things.

The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and i could not fault the hotel on this. The room was clean, and cleaned daily with the towels replaced. The fridge in the room a very welcome addition considering the temperatures, and the safe well used. The hotel provides a shuttle transport to Licola Railway Station. Do not rely on the times stated, we did, and very nearly missed our tour meet leading to a frantic attempt to get across Naples and get to the meeting Point with seconds to spare. The staff very friendly, the pool area great.

The hotel was nice except my rooms air conditioning did not work all 9 days I was there and when I complained to the front desk they were no help. They said I could talk to management in the morning. The shuttle that was suppose to take guests places didn’t work. The cafe next door was nice and had friendly service. Would have expected way more for the amount I spent on this hotel room. When I paid out I was charged for the mini bar and a few drinks. Thought maybe the hotel would comp it since we didn’t have air conditioning all week but nope. So wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

very clean and bright room with clean on suite, there is also a cafe in front that is a focal points for locals. the staff were very polite, room was clean, only problem is the heating via aircon as i visited in january, nice balcony. ample breakfast and drinks. very good wifi and lots of parking onsite.

Its a nice little find of a place. Very clean rooms. Easy parking. Plenty of places to ear near by. I'd stay here again with my family again. We had 4 rooms and everyone was pleased.

Hotel is very nice, good pool. Breakfast was okay, we stayed 7 days and they served the same thing everyday. Staff was very nice and helpful, specially Mattia and the lady at the reception desk. Room was a good size for two people. Location is far from the center of Napoli, Uber and taxis are expensive, but around the hotel there were a couple of restaurants and coffee/bar shops. We got a rental car for our rest of the stay after paying $90 usd for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Hotel is near kami beach.

Property was clean. Staff took pics of passport. Gave us 4 of the 5 back. When we went to leave we realized we only had 4. Front desk still had it. They should have brought it to our room as soon as they discovered it

So nice

This is the nicest hotel in this part of Naples. It’s minutes from the beach, has a nice pool area, is within minutes of tons of restaurants. No you won’t be able to walk to any of these because there are no sidewalks and Napolitian drivers will run you over. This is supposedly a non-smoking property but guests smoke in the hallways and on the balconies which means it will get into your room. It’s about a 35 minute drive from the Naples airport and downtown Naples. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices in the European breakfast style. Coffee machine was stocked with excellent beans. There was no coffee machine or even an electric kettle in my room. That was a bummer. This is not a place you can leave anything you value in your room. The maids unlock all the doors on the floor when they are working and anybody can waltz into your room without them knowing. There is parking onsite which is safe and kept semi-secure. The breakfast server and the night desk clerk weren’t very cheerful or friendly. The day desk clerk was terrific and very helpful. All of the staff spoke English at least to some degree. Pool hours were only from 0900 to 1800 so that wasn’t so great. Even the beach has longer hours. Overall if you are looking for lodging in this part of Naples it is a jewel of a hotel. The price is very reasonable and it’s a nice place.

This was a 5 night stay for business. Room was comfortable, internet worked well, water was hot and the shower had good pressure. Breakfast was good and the doors typically opened 10-15 minutes early. Only drawback, the AC thermostat in the room had an error every time it was turned on. Ok for this visit as temperatures were moderate, likely to be problematic in the summer.

Stayed here for 2 days very comfortable, great breakfast, pool was clean and wonderful after a day of walking around. Here 3 years ago and it was just as good this time around.

A nice place to stay. I would not call it really a 4 star hotel but still a nice place to live (if not very expensive.). I would recommend you to stay here with car since public transport is not that great. There is a nice bar and pizza place next to hotel. I recommend that.
