I liked that this property was available last minute! When I was duped by an Airbnb, it was available!
My only complaint was the noise of the streetcars and other traffic going by. I was so tired that the noise did not wake me once asleep as the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the cleaners kept it clean for our 3 day stay. Also, the breakfast downstairs offered a wide array of choices and they were delicious and it was very reasonably priced!

The hotel is near Porta Venitia which is a good area but the area around the hotel is a little sketchy. The rooms are very small even by European standard.

As a new yorker, i like staying in modern hotels and this place fit the bill. clean efficient rooms that had everything my friend and i needed for a night or two in milan. great value booking last minute. had we booked in advance i don’t know if i would have wanted to pay twice as much. comfortable beds! the high floors in the back are very quiet i didn’t hear any noise

Would’ve given this hotel 3 stars, but the wifi didn’t work, there’s a train/trolley running loudly all night and you could barely turn the shower on or it would overflow. The room was compact, and the bed was not comfortable. There were not full shades for the window. It was in good walking distance to all that Milan has to offer.

The shower was broken, the air conditioning not only didn't work, but it heated my room up 5° C. Didn't realize until I was back for bed, and wanted a good night sleep so didn't want to leave me window open.
Got woke up at 7am by the paper thin doors and walls paired with the loudest maids I've ever heard in my life. I didn't know cleaning involved so much slamming of things. It sounded like they were in my room banging around for 5 hours (7am-12pm).
It also didn't help they decided to rip the floor out of an apartment across the courtyard around 7:30am, but the only complaint I can make there is that the hotel has terrible sound proofing
