It is a great place to stay first off they are pet friendly and it was clean all employees were nice and helpful. and when we arrived at the train station there were no Taxi and I could get no help from the train personal are the police he refused to help me. So I called Motel and they got me a taxi in 5 minutes. And the drive was great.and then found out they had a restaurant made thing so better and easier. Love the Place. For a great to stay book them you will love every minute.

Family visit (father-son) so walking a block away down an alley to a ramp to a parking deck at night did not frighten use -- but others may not be comfortable with this arrangement.

The Italiano Hotel was very nice, the beds were comfortable and had a nice large bathtub and shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Re noisy…there was a popping/banging sound every night right outside window. We were on the 4th floor. Thought it was a branch hitting window but it was not.
Otherwise we were quite pleased. Room on the small side though. Location great as it was next to a grocery store.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Good standard of hotel. We had a meal in the restaurant the first night which was very good, but we weren't aware that the restaurant was closed on Sunday, which left us with a problem where to eat, as a lot of the places were closed on Sundays. Luckily there was a good supermarket next door so we bought some rolls and cheese and ham and ate in the room. I believed that hotels should provide a place to have something to eat. We wouldn't have booked here if we had known.
Couldn't get the safe to work and the fridge wasn't really cold enough.
The area around the hotel wasn't that good and not many restaurants within walking distance.
Cosenza is a nightmare of one way streets so also difficult to get to the hotel.

The location area is not the best! Dirty Streets. The general hotel condition not good. Breakfast very good. One of the reception employees is horrible, I suggest to the manager check the hotel reception camera on Wednesday 13, 2023, 7:30 pm to understand what I’m talking about! This man was very rude. He treated me as a pos after I was waiting 8’ to make a short question! Unbelievable ! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL! Also the parking is not connected to the hotel building! Walked 300 ft every time, was a very good exercise.
