From the outside it looks quite plain. But once inside, it is a beautiful seaside resort. There is a huge pool with sun decks by the pool and the seashore. There is no beach, but easy access to swim in the crystal clear water. The room is spacious. The only complaint is that the bed is not very comfortable. For breakfast, there s a very nice selection of things to eat, heavy on the pastries. I would stay here again!

Beautiful property- close to Palermo (25 mins) but quiet and comfortable. Next to the beach and with a heated pool! Especially if you don’t like the sand- no sand only rocks! Easy access to the water with multiple ladders (they take out the big ladder when the life guard leave but there many others that stayed) Love it! Life guard and sun-bed with umbrellas.

We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay: +Beach was awesome! Diving and snorkeling was absolutely awesome. + Very alert lifeguards that kept an eye on us. + Decent sized pool. + Daily cleaning of the bungalow. + Clean. + Very professional driver service. - Access to the pool and beach area is closed at 19. Which includes the entire beach. - Restaurant was fully booked but not by hotel guests - Then it was closed on Monday? - Check out at 10 (am) and you aren't allowed on the premises after check out. - Bathing caps required for the pool? I've travelled quite a bit but this was a first. Also no fins allowed in pool  - Not many of the staff spoke or understood English. - Unhelpful front desk. Twice we asked where to buy water and they referred to a minimarket across the street. Never did he say that they actually had a small cafeteria that was slightly hidden away where we could buy water?! - After five days there we still don't know if it was ok to flush toilet paper or not, as there is a sign you aren't supposed? - View from the bungalow porch was right into a black steel wall. - On the other side of the wall was a very noisy restaurant that played music until 2 am every night. Can't blame the hotel for this but something to be aware of. Overall it felt like we were staying at a beach resort that mainly focused on local visitors purchasing day passes and they had a hotel as a side income.

After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary. (Can be bought at reception) Beach is rocky which we actually liked. There is a sandy beach 15 min walk but it is very busy. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. Reception staff very nice with excellent English. There is a restaurant in the complex. we only tried pizza there which was nice. Free parking and possibility to use tennis courts without extra charge.

Check in 3pm and Check out time is 10am. This is so bad, normally should be 12 to 2pm. Because of the restaurant that is open in the courtyard of the hotel at night from 7:30 in the evening until night, it is not possible to be comfortable in the hotel and the hotel area is practically closed after 7. But the rooms are very clean and nice. And the sea and mountain view is great. The hotel restaurant offers many good tasting dishes for lunch time

This property has some reasonable photography on website but being here is not quite the same. I had 2 rooms as my wife and I were heading off elsewhere for work whilst the children stayed with grandparents. Room 1: Clean but very basic. Air con unit broken. Spent 1 hour to try and get sorted but had to move rooms in the end. Room 1.2: new room had air con that worked. Still basic. Shower broken but replaced with hand held head. Had to move the crib and luggage without any help. Light coming off ceiling - exposed wires. Room 2: air con working. Room basic. Noise from bar next door kept everyone awake as it backs on to it. Noise from air con unit making high pitched noise periodically in middle of the night. Shower head not working properly, water falling out in a straight line almost against wall. Hot water in both rooms available but shower will swap from cold to hot and back at random. Broken glass on private terrace wall. Misc: - told by reception, as residents we could reserve beds by pool from 0900. Life guard arguing it’s 0930. - unable to get lunch until 1400. Only able to get deli snacks for lunch from 1230. Not ideal for children. - told I would be charged €15 per day for a crib for 6 month old baby (€105 total). Could buy one and burn it when leaving for less…and preferable. - restaurant, 1 waiter taking orders for every table. Takes ages to order. - was told on 1 day breakfast had finished the croissants for day despite it being 0930 (finish 1000
