Mondial Park Hotel

Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. Although it was very clean and the patio was huge, the safe did not work, the wifi did not work, the door did not lock properly, the pool did not even have water. In the morning we went down for breakfast but at 8:10 am they were already out of food. We had a 2 night stay booked but checked out and moved to another hotel.

We arrived late and just wanted to get our room and sleep. Night clerk was indifferent at best, no information on hotel amenities, breakfast times, Wi-Fi etc… We were in Fiuggi for a romantic weekend. The room did not add to that. First flag of trouble was when we got to the door, as we put the key in the lock, the door swung open, made a mental note to use the room safe. Only problem was could not, it was locked. The room had a musty smell, top of the wardrobes were filthy. My partner went to freshen up in the lav, came out and pointed out there were pubic hairs on the bidet and sink, the shower was missing one of the two doors. The bed was a disaster area, every time I leaned up on my elbow, the elbow would push all the way through to the bed frame. Breakfast did not any better. Selection was Spartan at best. Bread was stale white bread no toaster. Wait staff was equally indifferent. In the reservation I stated we wanted a quiet weekend. It felt like the staff decided to screw with us by giving us a room that clearly should not have been in service, the room was at the elevator lobby so all stay we heard everyone in the hall. We identified the issues to the front desk in the morning. Fiuggi is my partner’s home town, there was no translation errors, the clerk showed no surprise to the issues other than the Pubic hairs. What surprised me was no effort was made to fix any of the problems or offer compensation, I guess I’m spoiled on Hilton’s Make It Right policy.

The pool outside it’s ok. But my bed has uncomfortable

It is not a 4 stars hotel!!!! The owner was not welcoming!! He ignored us for a while before calling the consierge guy. The room was cold because they did not turn on the heating before we came. The room was clean but dated. The Bathroom is nice, but the shower is small for a 4 stars and there wasn’t any shower cap or body lotion. There was a stain on the ceiling and a hole on my sheet. Sad breakfast!!!

We needed a place to stay a night in the area. We were surprised by Fiuggi, a touristic destination mostly for italians, but a very nice place to stay a couple of days. The hotel is very good, and if you consider that the price was really low, it was much more than what we expected.

Very nice room, very clean and tidy. Hotel pool was empty which was a bit of a dissapointment, but only there for a night. Very close to town centre bars, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very nice, and staff very helpful.

Our first room was not acceptable and so we changed rooms, which was nice if a little dated. The pool was empty and there was no outdoor seating. It all looked a bit unkempt. The breakfast was very poor, not much choice, and the worst coffee I’ve tasted. I don’t think the coffee machines were cleaned regularly and the cups were filthy. This hotel Is definitely NOT 4 Star.

Struttura pulita e ben organizzata. Sita in zona centrale, bella piscina. Personale molto gentile. Consigliato

Il bagno della camera era molto spocro

Struttura vecchia, camere anni 80, camera sporca, prodotti in bagno mancanti, odore sgradevole nella struttura, porte e infissi datati e rumorosi.

Struttura comoda con bella piscina esterna attrezzata di ombrelloni, lettini, bagni e docce. Stile un po' retro negli arredi ma con spazi ampi, una bella hall e personale super cortese. Mi sono trovata bene per un weekend in famiglia e la consiglio

Ambiente un po’ Agee però monta disponibilità e pulizia. Eccellente senza grosse pretese

Come ampiamente segnalato da altri viaggiatori l'hotel è datato e manca di elementi di interesse nel migiorare le condizioni dell'ospite. Aspetti positivi : - vicinanza alle vie principali di Fiuggi, ristoranti e servizi - parcheggio ampio e comodo - personale accogliente e gentile - Colazione disponibile (semplice) Aspetti negativi : - Stanze non insonorizzate - Nessun controllo delle comitive di stranieri con schiamazzi durante la notte ed al mattino presto - Pulizia non ottimale delle camere - Letti scomodi - Pulizia non ottimale

ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Abbiamo trascorso in questa struttura due giorni veramente belli. Personale gentile ,hotel pulito tranquillo silenzioso. Piscina bellissima colazione stupenda Insomma non manca niente. Saluti Di Summa

Hotel datato,insonorizzazione inesistente, purtroppo quando qualcuno chiude una porta e parla nel corridoio si sente come se fosse in camera con te. Ssarebbe da insonorizzare almeno le porte di ingresso nelle camere.

Situazione generale.

Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Avevamo chiesto una doppia ma per indisponibilità ci hanno dato una matrimoniale ancora più grande allo stesso prezzo. Consigliato
