A really lovely hotel close to all the attractions in Vicenza and also convenient for the railway station. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend Palazzo Scamozzi and will definetly stay here again.

We spent three nights at Palazzo Scamozzi and everything about it was comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. And it was easy to walk to attractions, restaurants, and shops. A great place to stay!

The room was comfortable, all facilities brand new. The hotel is located in the historic palazzo , the ceilings are very tall! Good options for breakfast.

I have stayed at Palazzo Scamozzi 5 times. This last 5th visit was rather disapointing. The bathroom was affected by some kind of malfunction, producing rather obnoxious drain odors, which also spread to the whole room. I asked for a room change, and it was denied. I asked for repairs, which were never done. One person who came to the room carrying a perfumed air freshener, as the only available solution, indicated that the same situation was normal with all bathrooms whenever it rained. Really????
Personel, this time around was neither friendly nor helpful - specially personel in charge of the breakfast, which reacted very discourteously when we appeared at the breakfast area at 09:45 AM - it seems that the final breakfast time is 09:30AM on all weekdays, something which was never informed to us. They then said that this is indicated inside the rooms - FALSE, it is not, at least not in room 202, which was assigned to us.

A friend and I both stayed at Palazzo Scamozzi for 3 days during our first visit to Vicenza. It was conveniently located on the major shopping street reserved for pedestrian traffic and close to many dining choices. Be sure to go off the main drag to find some of these. The people staffing the front desk at the hotel were wonderful - suggesting places to dine and sharing information on walkable attractions. The included breakfast service started with a cheerful Buon Giorno from the staff at the expresso bar and included an option for a made to order plate of eggs and meat in addition to the generous cold buffet selections. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend it to others.

Great location and amazing breakfast ☺️
Very friendly stuff, good size rooms. Heard one of my colleagues got a room with jakuzi! They have all different types of room and perfectly located for shopping, sightseeing and also if you are visiting Vicenzaoro, they have a shuttle every morning (which you have to put your name down for the day before)
All in all- perfect!!
