Relais Paradiso

We enjoyed the location with the scenic view! The hotel customer service between the reception staff to room service was excellent and very helpful! Each time we needed assistance planning trips, taxis, and ferry, the staff was knowledgeable and offered their full attention which was very assuring to travelers like us! I also really appreciated the shuttle service and breakfast which made things super convenient and enjoyable! Ask staff for activity/tour tips, they are a source of great knowledge about the town!

This property was amazing! The staff made you feel like you were royalty and you wanted for nothing. Bed was comfortable. The view of the beach was awesome! They had a shuttle to take us back and forth to the city center. I couldnt have asked for a better stay!

Good location good value for money

WOW! The customer service at this hotel is the best I’ve ever experienced in my life. Special thanks to Katerina with all of the tips on things to do and for bending backwards to accommodate us during our trip! She always checked in on us and just made sure we had a great stay. The entire staff was just phenomenal. From changing our dinner in the dining room to room service MID MEAL because we got a work call, to printing out my husband‘s birthday concert tickets and putting them in an envelope, to giving him a birthday cake on his birthday, and a farewell dessert when we were leaving, to one of the ladies working there literally giving me the pen out of her hands to use. The service was so impeccable. I wish I could name each person there because they all deserve a raise. The views on this place are absolutely stunning, and the Amalfi coast took my number one place in the world and a big reason was this amazing hotel. We travel for months of the year and I have never experienced anything like it. If I had one thing to knit pick… It would be the Wi-Fi, which I’m guessing is just because we are literally on the coast, but working from the hotel was tough sometimes because the surface was spotty. But other than that, best time of my life!

From the beginning of my stay to the very end this place was amazing the staff was friendly and very helpful the hospitality is on another level they help you get taxi service around the whole area . The food was great and the service was even better I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else this place is 10/10 I look forward to coming back soon & I also came all the way from New York they make you feel at home thanks to all the staff at relais Paradiso👍👍

Had an amazing stay at Relais Paradiso. The staff were excellent and very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The location was perfect with a beautiful view over the town of Vietri Sul Mare. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Vietri. Had no issues during my stay and will hopefully book this hotel again next time I come to the amalfi coast.

Me, my wife, and our daughter stayed at Paradiso Relais over the course of 6 days. We have enjoyed every minute of it! The location, the service, the staff, everything was amazing. We had a warm welcome the day we arrived, staff helped us with our luggage, and was curious about our plans for the stay and helped us with suggestions on how to get around the coast, what to see, and best locations. Room was always clean, in fact, sometimes it was cleaned twice a day (ie bed was made and towels changed). Breakfast had lots of options, we always found something to eat. The pool was great for our daughter, it is a decent size and great views of the coast. Because the hotel is small, it was always quiet and had lots of beds available. Overall, this hotel marked off a lot of things for us. It is very close to the city, which offers a nice authentic experience, not overcrowded with tourists, great beach, and lots of dining options. Hotel offers a shuttle to the city center a few times a day, which was so convenient! We would like to say a special thank you to the staff- Katerina and Roman. Katerina is such a kind and thoughtful girl, helped us with any questions we had, and offered lots of suggestions. Also amazing with kids, our daughter adored her! Roman provided some excellent service at breakfasts and dinner, such a polite and caring young man. We would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling to the coast with kids.

Giuseppe was exceptional as was the rest of this wonderful staff! We would happily stay here again!

Very nice staff

Loved our stay here! Vietri sul Mare is quieter than some of the other coastal towns. This hotel included a fabulous breakfast on the patio with a fantastic view. The staff were extremely helpful with questions about day trips and transportation. There was a shuttle that made four trips a day to/from the center of Vietri town, where we easily caught ferries to visit the other coastal towns. We also rented kayaks from the beach front and swam/explored the ocean at Vietri. Our room had a little soaking pool on the balcony which was great for cooling off at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again!

I would say that my stay was phenomenal, the location, hotel, my room, including the staff were all 5 stars, the morning breakfast buffet including dinner was just amazing, like a fine dine experience every-time. If you are debating on staying anywhere else, choose Realis Paradiso Amalfi, you’ll be delighted. Cant wait to stay here again

The hotel was beautiful, but what made it so special was the staff. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and made to feel special and welcomed with open arms, and a freshly squeezed lemon drink. The dining dinner menu created by Chef Andre was exquisite. From appetizers to deserts and everything in between we were always amazed at the mouth watering taste's. Our server Mauro made the experience even more fantastic with his attention to details, his friendliness and knowledge and his ability to fully communicate in English was fabulous. He was also so helpful in helping me improve my Italian. We loved the dining experience so much that we simply chose this to be our regular dinner restaurant for our entire stay in the area. And then the entire concierge team was extraordinary in guiding us not only to local attractions, but also to our future destination stops in Italy. I can’t say enough about Carmelo who gave us so much information about our next stops with suggestions on must see towns, tours and restaurants. He is one of the most fascinating and friendly person you will ever meet with incredible knowledge of Italy. For an absolute fabulous stay in or around Salerno area I highly recommend the Relais Paradiso.

Lovely hotel. Stunning views over the Amalfi coast. Helpful friendly staff. Great location for visiting Pompeii, Paestum, Herculaneum and Naples. Short walk to local town - but no pavements!

Beautiful property in the hills, to far away from Salerno. Hard to get a taxi.

Very friendly and helpful staff , nothing was too much trouble . Super views from the balcony where breakfast was served . Room was perfect , had a comfortable bed and great shower . Our large balcony / outdoor sitting area led directly to the main pool area . Hotel provided a shuttle bus that could be booked to the local town , but it’s also walkable. The public bus also stopped right outside the hotel . Dinner seemed expensive and lots of choice in the town so we didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant . Would definitely stay again .

Really super hotel with Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble . Very comfortable and clean room with large balcony that led to the main pool area. Stunning views from the outside dining area where breakfast was served. Hotel provided a shuttle bus into the town ( set times) that could be booked. Highly recommend.
