Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 30 at check-out. Reception hours are 3 PM to 6 PM. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition on their check-out date. Otherwise, the cleaning deposit will be retained.
