The staff were excellent, our twin room turned out to be a double room so we asked for a room with separate beds, and they gave us an apartment, which was more than adequate, it hadn’t been used for a while, but just needed an airing

This is an interesting hotel 2 minutes walk from Senigallia Railway Station. (100 meters). Google maps are inaccurate and will tell you that you have to cross the tunnel of SS... this is not true and I recommend tat the hotel staff contact google to sort this out. Check in was very effecient and fast.(2 minutes) The Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke many languages. The breakfast buffet was neat and the food was good. The barista was perfect. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend and I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The area around the property is not fancy.. Typical italian bus / railway station combination. It is a bit outdated and might use some renovation but nothing critical... I would come again. Check out took like 15 seconds.

The Sembhotel was ideal with easy access to town and Beach, and superbly placed for rail and bus trips to surrounding places of interest. The Giro d’Italia (the Italian equivalent of the Tour de France) passed by right under our balconies. Excellent!
Even though on a busy road and next to the railway station, the sound insulation was perfect.

Nice large hotel next to railway station.
Our room overlooked the railway tracks and the trains kept us awake. We asked to move to the opposite side and it was quieter the next 2 nights.
The rooms were fairly large and it looked like the bathrooms were recently renovated, very nice.
The breakfasts were good with lots of choices and the staff were friendly & efficient. The hotel is close to the old town & just a couple blocks from the beach, which was beautiful. Best restaurants (for us) were along the beachfront.

We paid about £50 for our double room, and for that price it was great. Hotel staff were helpful and room was comfy and spotless, and in a good location for the station and waterfront (which was buzzing in early June). However, our air con wasn't working and when we asked to switch rooms the other room's air con was no better. We had to sleep with the window open and as the hotel is next to a train line it was pretty noisy. Would recommend for a quick stop off regardless.

Ho trascorso una settimana di vacanza al Senb Hotel di Senigallia e, nel complesso, ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. A partire dall'accoglienza, ho trovato il personale gentile e disponibile. L'hotel è anche molto pulito, un aspetto che ho apprezzato tantissimo e che contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Una nota di merito va sicuramente alla colazione, che è davvero variegata.
L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto centrale, il che è un vantaggio per esplorare la città a piedi e godersi le numerose feste e gli eventi che si tengono in estate, come ho potuto notare in questa settimana di Ferragosto. Tuttavia, questa posizione si è rivelata una grande sfida per chi arriva in macchina. Ho trovato difficile parcheggiare e il traffico era molto intenso, rendendo gli spostamenti in auto piuttosto stressanti.
In sintesi, consiglio il Sam Hotel a chiunque cerchi un'ottima sistemazione nel cuore di Senigallia e che non ha problemi a muoversi a piedi. Per chi invece viaggia in auto, specialmente in alta stagione, è un aspetto da tenere in considerazione.
