The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 7 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This property is in a car-free zone and can be reached only by cable car (Saslong). The cable car runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and from 5 to 7 PM daily. Guests may leave their cars at the public parking area located in front of the cable car station.

The property is closed between April 01 and December 14.
