They need to know how to actually clean a room! And the rooms we had at first had no ac and they got mad that I kept calling them about it and all they said is that they fixed it and they didn’t until and eventually got a different room was a little better! They services are way too slow for everything

The grounds were nice, you had some rude folks. The biggest issue was the smoke ! Last night was worse. Room above me, smoked weed all night and making all kinds of noise, with chair moving! Didn’t get any rest!

Amazing. Staff well trained, warm and friendly. Also great food. Kudos to the chefs.

Food was amazing and entertainment staff were good. Many of the bartenders and wait staff were extremely rude. I had a guy clink my cup on the bar instead of asking me what. Would like in my cup. Very few pleases and thank you’s at any time.

Everything was how it was supposed to be in Jamaica, smooth, easy and relaxing and the staff made that happen! very happy with the resort!!

It was a nice few days but glad

Truly cannot recommend this resort enough. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and ensured our entire family had a wonderful time. From the welcome cool towel and cocktail, to making sure our glasses were full by the pool and on the beach, to stopping us on our way back to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the restaurants on the resort are AMAZNG. Making the reservations was kind of a pain but so worth it. Some of the best meals our family has eaten. It never felt too crowded, and you could relax or party as much or as little as you wanted. There were some peddlers on the beach, but there were never too much of a nuisance. All around our family cannot wait for our next trip here to enjoy the luxury and experience. If you were like us and are sitting on your phone or laptop scroll through reviews trying to find the perfect resort to book for your dream vacation, please look no further. Book your stay with this resort and have the best time!

We loved the atmosphere and the people for the most part. However, the restaurants are not open regularly. that was a problem the fact that we pay more for luxury and end up having to go to grand made no sense The toilet seat is smaller than the toilet bowl.the beds were horrible. The beds were soft and caving on one side where two people could not sleep on it My wife has spinal issues and for her she was uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on the couch. The tub was not clean. I had to request housekeeping to come up and clean it. The shower stall looks like there might be mold in it. There were also areas of the building that had this really moldy, wet carpet smell. The balcony was dirty and not cleaned while we were there. We tried to make the best of these situations because we paid for it and we know better. But I think overall for us the worst was feeling like we were held captive for 4 hours at a 90 minute promotion. To talk about something we did not come on vacation to talk about. Our accountant would’ve had a next to come and just decide to spend $22,000 or whatever they’re asking of us which is very stressful as we did not come on our vacation for that and I think that was very disrespectful on all level you don’t ask someone to spend 90 minutes with you even two hours, and after that we still had to be held longer than we wanted to be because you still kept pushing your own agenda regardless of what the person said. Indeed, it left a bad taste in our mouths.

The room was nice but a little outdated with the all white decor. The food options were okay. The staff was friendly and kind. The beach was disappointing because there are so many rocks vs sand. I did capture some pics of sea lifenear the shore. Guests definitely prefer the pool to the beach at this resort.

This place is amazing very nice and professional service. Good vibes very clear. The employees were on the top of everything. Also very delicious food. I love the fact that they have room service all day and night. I definitely recommend Bahia Principe luxury. I’ll definitely go back. Thank y’all for making us had a wonderful vacation!

We had pretty bad experience at this place. First and last time we were there. Service is 50/50, some people are good but some are very slow and they don't give a f@ck about you. Food: I didn't like it. Even in the restaurant that you had to book in advance food is not good. Most of the food was tasteless. Especially all starters and cold appetizers. They cook them all in advance and it's horrible. Sushi in the regular supermarket is way better than their sushi in restaurant. But main dishes were good. You can smoke only in the designated places even you are outside on the street. There is no beach!! The closest "beach" was 10 minutes walk from building 27. And no sand, sand is mixed with small stones. At the check out someone booked romantic dinner under my room number and they tried to get money from me. The lobby is an open air and there is a humidity and you are all Sweat, no AC. few days in the row they do some construction that was started around 7am and we couldn't sleep. But overall this hotel is OK. I wouldn't say it's luxury, regular rooms with regular furniture. TV in the room doesn't have original remote control so you can't use your Netflix or YouTube.

Quiet. However not pleased that although we pay more for upgrade to luxury side the nightly entertainment has been moved to the grand side which is a hassle to get to the other side conveniently. We pay for no children during entertainment and thus did not happen

Food was delicious, room was clean, big and comfortable. Alot of entertainment on the premises

My first time in Jamaica and it was amazing. This hotel had everything. Beautiful, clean, the view was amazing. The food was amazing and the people so nice. I would stay at this hotel every time.
