apartments that i have rented were poorly kept

The property was ok not great but ok.

Nice location, quiet, lots of shopping, restaurants. Some units need upgrade but if you are the party Type and just want somewhere to crash|sleep this is an ideal spot. Not your 7 star experience.

First off I did not received the room that I reviewed and paid for, then when I asked for a room changed I was shown a room where the bathroom ceiling was leaking and a bucket was catching the water. My original ocean view room was on the side of the building where I was looking at the back and roof of the neighboring building with a bunch of electrical wires and garbage. To glimpse the ocean you had to stand up and peer over several roof tops. The furniture needs to be updated both on the inside and the balcony and the building needs power washing. Anyway, the room was depressing even the closets had locks on them. I ended up checking out the following day.

The view is good as always but it needs to be updated.

The room i was in hot water didn’t work they took forever to come fix it. Room had an odor to it. They had to transfer me to another room which smelled like feet… the balcony door wouldn’t lock

I like the ambience, room was well design, lovely view from balcony. Thought it was not cleaned prior to us checking in, no towels, patio furniture was dirty, when we received towels, they smell smokey,

This hotel deserves NEGATIVE - 5 STAR. The room condition is horrible. It's Extremely dirty. There was hair in the bath, Cockroaches, a Dirty kitchen, and the Bed sheets are horrible. Even if they give you rooms for free, AVOID THIS HOTEL I'D NEVER VISIT THIS.

Do not reserve this property. Owner who offers this property through expedia falsely advertised the condition, the view and the amount of beds. It wasn't ready upon arrival and we were homeless for the first two days of our vacation. Expedia did nothing to fix it after four hours of being on the phone with them. Transferred to another hotel that was unsafe and unhealthy to stay. Finally we were given a room with two beds ocean view and they tried to double charge us. After a very uncomfortable "argument" with desk staff we got a room that was filthy. I took multiple pictures and believe i deserve a refund from expedia because they shouldn't be using rooms with owners who falsley advertise these beautiful studio condos with pictures that are nothing close to what you actually get. You could imagine being homeless for two days and expedia not placing you in a hotel somewhere else to accommodate. I forgot to mention we tried going back to original room just to have shelter but it was rented by the owner without expedias release. Terrible communication all around and both expedia and the owner/hotel did nothing to fix it. Do not stay here unless you know one of the owners personally. They cared less that this was all happening. Apparently it happens often. The worst experience I've ever had in all my traveling experiences.

Construction going on in adjacent rooms, noisy and disruptive. Staff dishonest about solutions to reduce excessive noise. Basically a dirty hotel, with dishonest staff. Never ever ever would i consider this a return visit. I checked out halfway through my stay. Hotel was old, dirty, smelled bad. Elevators were 3rd world sketchy, i took the stairs. Air conditioning didnt work on low settings. Sliding doors didnt close, which allowed mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. This place sucks.

Awesome view. Super convenient. Easy parking.

We cancel our reservation on arrival. This was not a place we could stay. Needs major upgrading.

This place is a BIG SCAM they have up false advertising on there website and when you got there is not what they said the place is Rooms are Very FILTHY DIRTY BUGS Not to mention the bathroom not towels, wash , bath mats nor hot water I would not recommend this place to anyone...

These are condos so I imagine each unit is different. Ours was older and definitely needed some maintenance. We just needed one night and the room was cheap and the bed was comfortable so it worked for us, but I wouldn't want to do a longer stay.

They did the bat and switch...took all day to get a acceptable room and the next day to running water in the bathroom..be careful if this place

Photos on your site are not indicative at all of the quality of the room. This hotel is dirty, with a musty odor and in great need of updating.

The only issue I had was no hot water until the day before I left. I had stayed for 5 nights.

Hotel is close to the beach. The view is great. However, the bathroom Shower is worst. You need to keep pulling the leaver and keep holding to get shower on you. The red oxide floor will make your feet red. So, we had to keep wearing our slippers all the time in the room.

noisy No proper covers on windows (lights from other buildings in my room at night) leaky toilet light fixtures that didn't;t work power went out one night no pillowcases no wifi
