Rayon Hotel

Nice place

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Greeted us like family. Room was spotless and was cleaned every day. Air conditioning was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen staff friendly and breakfast was always excellent. I would highly recommend the Rayon to anyone who wants to go to Negril and be steps away from the beach. We’re hoping to go again next year. One tip book early. This is a much desired hotel with repeat visitors. Amelia Beery

Room was spotless, courteous staff, great location along the beach.

Staff is lovely. Beautiful landscaping and in spite of cat 5 hurricane staff quick to clean up and property is beautiful and lush. Free breakfast daily. Restaurant offers lunch and dinner as well. Cute bar beside pool. Room service . All the amenities provided even as staff are dealing with their personal post hurricane clean up. Rooms comfortable and staff always available. Just cross the street and walk down a short path to beautiful sun beach. Strongly recommend. Have stayed here several times. Jamaican owned.

Loved this property! Easy to walk to the beach, dining options and shopping. If a taxi was needed, very easy and accessible. The staff was amazing and breakfast was delicious!! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The staff was helpful and friendly & our driver Miller was amazing. We will definitely be returning to Negril and staying at the Rayon.

This hotel is a true gem. The staff can’t be more helpful, kind and sweet. We arrived before 10:00 to check in and we only had to wait a short time to go to our room. I didn’t get the names of the staff but the amazing lady in the restaurant is just so sweet and the fab lady at the reception was brilliant, along with the other fantastic staff! The hotel has access to beaches across the road which are beautiful. Breakfast is included with the option of continental or Jamaica breakfast……. plus a pancakes, waffles etc. we also had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was yummy and cooked to order. Will be back for sure when back in Negril.

The place is great and the staff is very friendly The property is lovely, its like an oasis with the different trees, its very seclusion and peaceful, which i like I plam to come every year as long as iis possiblevfor me to do so Thanks again

Charming, locally owned property, across the street from the beach. We stayed in the villa; 2 adjoining bedrooms (and their own bathrooms), an eat-in kitchen and small sitting area. The accommodations were very clean and the beds, comfortable. There were some hiccups- they'd forgotten to turn on the water supply (quickly rectified), and one of the bathtubs leaked during showers. Several lightbulbs were burnt out, there were no batteries in the safe, and only enough dishes for two. The curtains fit tightly to the rods, so it wasn't easy to open them to let in light/air. One of the windows was missing a screen, and since we opted not to use the air conditioner, it got a little stuffy at times. But we spent little time in the rooms, opting to sit on the balcony when we were not on the beach. The included breakfast was a choice of Jamaican or American. Portions were generous, and included an appetizer of fresh fruit and cake. We had dinner at the restaurant once, and it was hearty and delicious (but be sure to order in advance). The staff was pleasant and helpful, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the bartender. Our arranged transportation was friendly and on-time. The friendly security guard helped us cross the road, several times, making it far less daunting! Once across the road, it's a short walk to the beach, the star of the show! Overall, the property could use a little refresh, but it was more than suitable for our family of four. We would gladly return.

our second stay in 3 years, all good great breakfast, nice to see the a/c updates staff always helpful and nice over all a very nice safe and well maintained property with beach access right across the street ,close to the bank and shopping we will return

Friendly and hard working staff and facilities are very good. Hotel kept clean and quite pretty.

I love this place, just feels like home

Had a great stay at the Rayon. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beach access was directly across the street. Full breakfast included offers both Jamaican and American style options. Dinner options were tasty and reasonably priced, though sometimes limited. The staff was phenomenal. Special thanks to Trish (dining room)! Also giving a shout out to Latoya (front desk) and Cosmo (security)! Definitely recommend this charming hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay.
