The place is designed toward Jamaica cultural, Jamaica food, boil sausage etc.breakfast fresh, fruit, the rooms have black toilet and the lobby have black toilet, the bathroom light is dim. Difficult to see. While putting lipstick on. As for our first night we were woken up by a broken light that was flashing all night into the morning. and closet door light stay on broken. The bathroom hinge knob broken. The coffee cream cured, save by the cafe shop, you will live the coffee like Starbuck.

I was impress with the receptionist. If I had any complaints I would have a hard time doing so because the receptionist were so nice, professional and just above and beyond in customer service.

For a Hilton hotel we were surprised. The room and bathroom and corridors were dirty and the black bathroom decor was unpleasant. The buffet breakfast was of poor quality. Can’t believe we paid 500 .USD a night

Overall, the property was nice. The hotel is beautiful and chic, but the furniture in the lobby is very uncomfortable to sit in and is looks cheap. Whoever designed the lobby have beauty in mind, but not comfort for the guest. The hotel is right on the water so it’s a very nice ambience. My check-in was not great. The check-in was slow. Room not ready after 3:00 pm. No offer to compensate me for the wait, not even for a drink of water. Was told my credit card was declined when it wasn’t. The food is not good. Breakfast buffet is a joke. The food is cheap and limited. Don’t waste your money. Customer service needs improvement. The outside patio furniture near the bar is dirty and dated. The carpet on the 2nd floor from the elevator to the restaurant is dirty. The rooms are clean but with minimal lighting, almost dark. Shower snd refrigerator in room is a nice touch. No carpet in rooms, only tile. Very slippery when wet. Chic but uncomfortable furniture in room. Channels on TV are limited. Dinner/lunch menu very limited, not kid friendly. Curry goat burger was just processed meat, expensive, not good. Cafe very expensive, but nice microwave to warm food anytime. Lots of eating places close by, KFC, Dominos, Golry’s near hotel but area is sketchy, must be careful. Overall, the hotel has nice ambiance being close to the water. The location makes it stand out, but it could improve on the food quality, customer service in the restaurant area, carpet, and furniture.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The washroom isn’t the greatest. It’s small and in my room there was a foul sewer odor coming from the drains. It didn’t last too long though. I also wish the rooms were soundproof. We could hear our neighbours also people talking in the hallways at night. The pool area was lovely except all the furniture was scorching hot from little shade but we took what we could. The staff was nice and accommodating as well from the front counter staff, the maids and the attendants outside.

I was amazed at the layout, ambiance, friendly staff, and flow of this establishment: The ROK Hotel Kingston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Even though I am a Hilton Hotel-only girl, I did not expect anything less. It is as advertised and more! I had so much fun. My stay was very enjoyable

Stay for 4 nights and it was amazing. Very nice staff. The first night something happened and it was immediately fix. Customer was 10/10. I will definitely stay again

I enjoyed the Bar & Grille. Live DJ was great. Awesome atmosphere! Family-oriented. Excellent customer service! I would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed the restaurant and surrounding areas. The gym was nice with treadmills and weights etc. The room I rented had a king size bed with a partial view of the harbor. I tried to a room with a full ocean view but wasn’t available unfortunately…

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

The only issue I encountered was the parking fee. It would be much more transparent for guests if the cost of $1500 JM per night for garage parking was clearly communicated in advance. Alternatively, it should be included in the total price at check-in. Clarity on this matter would greatly enhance the overall experience.
