Beautiful beach and good buffet

I like the private beach across the street and the food option at the beach incase you miss lunch. I just wisj the resort had more food ootions other then the buffet ir the italisn restaurant

We had a great experience from the shuttle from the airport to the one when leaving. Warm welcome was given at the Front desk, tour desk, bell boys, staff and not least in the restaurant and other food areas. The view from the restaurant was idyllic. We chose the window seats where the fountain, lovely scenery and well tended lawns could be seen. The variety and high quality of the meals and drink were top notch, every day. The staff was friendly, warm and dealt promptly with any problems flagged up. We left feeling our stay was good value for money, a beautiful experience and one that we would repeat without hesitation. I would highly recommend this resort to friends, family and others. Thank you Seagarden for making our stay so enjoyable. I can't remember all the names but some come to mind eg Clayton, Antonio (driver+ narrator) Maureen (housekeeping)

This property need a major upgrade ! The staff was friendly. They need a bigger choose of food in their buffet.

I was sick. They would not allow my husband to bring anything to the room for me to eat. The staff doesn’t say good morning. They don’t smell very unfriendly. The room was horrible. No hot water until I checked out housekeeping card park at my door for more than eight hours The hose on the morning shift she was the best out of all she recognized. I was sick and bring me to the nurse. That was very kind of her that is customer service other than that it was horrible.

The staff was very friendly and good company. Made me feel welcomed. From housekeepers, servers and bartenders. Not a day was boring. Pure enjoyment. Thanks SeaGarden Beach Resort & Spa.

I went for my mom's birthday the experience was amazing

It was nice for 1 day stay. I wouldn’t stay more than a day. The resort was outdated. Very clean. Not enough light it seemed a little gloomy. Small resort. Food was great.

Got a great deal for a quick, last minute trip to SeaGarden in Montego. I’ve traveled to Jamaica several times in the past so I pretty much know what to expect and typically have a wonderful time. Unfortunately I wish I had paid a bit more for a better Hotel this time around. I picked SeaGarden bc I wanted a low key trip at an All- Inclusive. I liked the fact that SeaGarden is locally owned and operated. Upon arrival things seemed relatively normal during check in. The front desk held a $100 refundable deposit on my card, a month later I am still waiting for that refund. I booked a garden view room, the cheapest available and we got a view of a rusty tin wall with construction behind it. The restaurants snd buffet were lovely. The front desk ladies are short, brief and not very helpful. However the restaurant & Bar staff are exceptional- they go above and beyond providing excellent customer service! Shout out to Clayton. After exploring the hotel amenities we decided to head to our room to shower. I sat down in the bed for a few seconds and I got a whiff of strong smelling urine. After stripping the bed we discovered that the mattress was soaked in urine. Seems like housekeeping just threw a cover and sheets over it because those were dry but the mattress was soaked and smelled very badly. I was disgusted! The entire mattress needed replaced but the housekeeping staff ignored it. What a shame. They did give us a new room with a better view. I would not return tho.

The food was amazing with a lot of options. The nightly entertainment was good. Rashanda with the front desk greeted us with the most amazing smile. She made my niece, and I feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

I have been on a lot of different vacations to different places. This was by far my favorite place I have ever visited.. food was amazing our room was amazing ocean view. Drinks were amazing and most of all the staff was so nice and seemed to really enjoy their jobs
