Really love the location and the room compared to many hotels in Japan, was so spacious! Very much near to Dotombori. Also, when I checked out, I forgot my phone on the bed. They're so helpful by sending it back to me to the next hotel where I was staying at, in Tokyo. Looking forward to stay with them again!

Very good, very close to the subway station, easy to go if you come again, it will stay here. Easy to find on the main road, easy to remember, opposite the Big Camera. Rooms are not too narrow. Well everything

For a couple stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel! We had an amazing time, everything is close by and walking distance to everything like stations and shops.

Bathroom was filthy hair everywhere, blood stained toilet, not nice at all.
Otherwise its shabby.
Beds were so uncomfortable. Could feel every spring.

After checking in 2 adults and 2 children (12, 9), we find in our room has 3 single beds, 3 pillows, 3 robes, 3 slippers, 3 coffee cups, 3 wata bottles, and 3 bathroom rinse cups. The staff at the front desk said it is hotel policy to provide one bed for 2 children. This is terrible! We would never booked this hotel if we knew they could not accommodate a family of four!

Very good location. Close to stations, shopping malls, lots of different kinds of restaurants. Room was small but clean. Only issue we had was there wasn’t anything (such as hooks) to hang your clothes in the bathroom when taking shower

The hotel was decent. Close to attractions, restaurants, shops, and transit. The room was very small (I guess we got what we paid for) but the bed was so hard, it was uncomfortable to sleep in and caused back pain. The bathroom was spacious which was nice.
