Great amenities as an IHG hotel. Right in the train station so it couldn't be more convenient. Everything perfect. Seems like it's been a while since it's had a refresh and at some point could use new carpeting in the halls, but generally a lovely convenient place. Great gym. I was excited about that. Lovely bath gel, shampoo and conditioner in the rooms.

1. Queen size bed should be acceptable on both side if it is claiming for two people.
2. Room temperature should be adjustable individually. Our room is too hot.

Staff are helpful. Bust it was unfortunate the our air conditioning is not working well . I informed the front desk and stated that it was centralized and should be working well

Lots of room, clean with great shower. Good buffet breakfast. Very convenient with covered walk to train station. The only negative was that the bed pillows were way too soft even using 2 of them.

Skip. It’s old and run down and I hope I get my money back because I will complain. This hotel needs a Major MAJOR make over. Especially for Japanese standards. Awful!

Did not like this place at all. Only stayed for convenience of Shinkansen. Junky toilet and sink. The sink was too low and gave me a sore back. There was a stool but who brushes their teeth sitting down. Limited dining options. Never staying here again.

Open time for pool and sauna is between 9am and 7pm, not very convenient. Plus they also cost extra money.
Breakfast buffet is very good.
Gym is open 24hrs free of charge
Location is perfect. A few mins walk from the train station shin Kobe.
