I really like it. It's nice. There is an onsen. There is a super nearby. There are many restaurants nearby. Right next to the train station Really only walk two minutes Very convenient to travel. The room is very clean, very new. All basic equipment is good. In Japan, choose APA as the top priority. Definitely not disappointed ❤️

Inexpensive, Western-style hotel near Big Sight. Shiokaze Bridge to the north is a brief walk and offers a nice view, from the river, especially during the evening. The hotel is attached to a Lawson and there is a Family Mart across the nearest intersection. There is also a grocery store by the nearby station. The nearest station is Shiomi Station which only grants access to the Keiyō line which goes to Tokyo Station as well as a handful of stations in Chiba. It is not an active district of Tokyo, so while there are not many notable tourist experiences within walking distance, there is also not a lot of noise and foot traffic.
It's worth noting if you plan to go to Big Sight for an event that there is a one-stop ride to change to the Rinkai line at Shin-Kiba Station, so plan accordingly if you bring anything big or heavy, especially during peak hours.

Our overall stay was great. Tge only bad thing was washing machines. There should be more on womens side. Other than that i would stay at this hotel and recommend since its close to food , supermarket and trainstations.

It's a decent hotel. It has the disadvantage of being a big chain so the service didn't feel as welcoming as smaller hotels. That being said it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and there were decent amenities. My one big problem is that the laundry machines were in the changing room of the public bath. It was inconvenient having to deal with the rules of the public bath when I simply wanted to do a wash. It's really only worth it if it's the cheaper option.

While everything was good, I wish the staff warned me when I asked for a taxi to the airport it would cost 25,000+ yen (roughly 250$ CAD). Not being familiar with local cab prices, their insight would have been helpful and saved me a lot of money. For that they lose stars.

This was probably the smallest hotel room I have rented. Bathroom was so small you couldn't even lift your hands above your head. Everything was fine: clean and tidy.

The single room was really well organised and lovely. We stayed 2 weeks and loved the room with air conditioning and good bathroom. The hotel is 3 stops out of Tokyo (Shiomi) and a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There is a small ‘corner shop’ at the hotel which was useful. Th hotel supply toothpaste toothbrush razor everyday. I shall miss it! Not being able to check in until 3pm was a bit of a bind. The computer self check in was complicated but the staff were very helpful.

Metro station, little train noise, very restricted as far as check in and check out times. I was there 2 hours early they wanted additional 50% of my room rate to check in and give my room.

This hotel is very convenient and inexpensive for staying in Shiomi and it's comfortable but as usual sort of small. But the vacuuming in the rooms is poor. They never must use an edger wand because there's tons of dust and crumbs around all the furniture and edges of the rooms.

Very few menu options and the Pool was CLOSED! Which was the reason I booked this property!! They did however change me from a stinky smoking room to a nonsmoking room.
