Stayed here for a business trip, had everything i needed, including free parking and being down the street from a couple conbinis

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean hotel and restaurant with huge breakfast!

The staff there is great!!! We wanted to have our luggages sent back to Tokyo and they helped us fill out the paperwork and held our luggage until it was picked up time.

About 10 min walk away from the nearest train station (Honhachinohe) but only about 2-3 min from a bus that’ll take you to Hachinohe station, this hotel was really nice! If you’re here for the festival, it runs right in front of the hotel! Cute weekly activities if that’s up your alley.

Hon-Hachinohe, or downtown Hachinohe is where you want to stay. This is the central part of the city, with plenty of restaurants, services, entertainment and transit connections. The location is good. If traveling by train, if you have a lot of luggage, do take a cab to the JR Hachinohe station, as mentioned by others, there is no elevator at Hon-Hachinohe, and this is still about 15 to 20 minutes from the Hon-Hachinohe station on foot, depending how fast of a walker you are. A bus stops right in front of the hotel, too. The APA staff is wonderful. They are the hotel's best asset. The only real issue I had was with the bed, I really suggest the hotel invest in changing them completely. Many people love soft beds, but this is a soft mattress on a metal mesh, just not good for your back. I could not sleep on it at all. The staff went above and beyond, and provided an accommodation that was acceptable to me, so my stay worked out really well, despite my personal preferences not matching hotel equipment. I really want to thank the staff, they were extremely nice and super helpful.

Overall great experience. Staff was curteous and efficient. Room was clean with all the great amenities you'd expect from APA hotel.

Good no frills business hotel. Ideally located 10 minutes walk from the train station and restaurants and bars. Great for budget and comfort.

It was a nice APA hotel, it had all the creature comforts you would come to expect as well as a heavy blanket since I was there for the winter.

Japanese Business Hotel common throughout Japan, not a very big resort area in Hachinohe. An industrial Town and atmosphere Walking Distance to night life and dining. Quiet and relaxing, a couple english channels on TV. A good business hotel for the money

It was a decent property. Rooms were small as expected.. convenient location with shopping in and around though the station was far off..

Great room, main downside was the pillow. I have never seen a pillow that thin before. I noticed another guest carrying a full size pillow up to his room, so it may be worthwhile to request a better pillow from the front desk if you stay here. They may also be blocking traffic to Netflix (I was unable to play any movies while in the room).

A quality APA property, very well maintained. Staff and rooms were very well kept. Our room had a full on bathroom with separate shower which made a nice change compared to other Japanese accommodation. Bed was comfy. Ask for a feather pillow if you’re not used to Japanese style latex pillows (the equivalent of nothing under your head).

Good location, close to downtown.

Standard Apa hotel experience. The location is not great, but very near the Hon-Hachinohe station that is near the Hachihone station where you can take the Shinkensen

Self parking is conveinent. Walking distance to many good restaraunts.

I always have a great experience at APA. The staff is always kind and friendly, and the rooms are cozy.

We would have liked to have been closer to the train station, but we were on a main shopping street downtown. It cost $22 for a taxi. The room was very small and not much space for our bags and hanging clothes. The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We had a great view of the city. It was a good value for the money paid.
