We had good stay for 2 nights at this hotel. Very spacious for a budget option, and the luggage space underneath the bed is so game-changing! Next to a subway station, and very close to Asakusa Line to allow straightforward access to/from Haneda Airport.
Minor negatives that it lacks, such as Laundry facility or Smoking room, but our overall stay was not impacted at all by it, as the staffs were very kind in informing us of the options to overcome the above

For an APA property, the front desk service was excellent and very helpful. Check in process was great with the staff behind the counter. Usually at most APA, they just point to the Kiosk and try to force you to use the machine. After a 13 hour flight, that's the last thing I want to do is to figure out stuff on a screen. The staff at this location are great.

The one thing that stood out about the APA Hotel was the chandelier in the room. It was probably the brightest hotel room I've ever stayed in. In most hotel rooms, I have to turn on every single bulb to get good lighting. Not so with my room at the APA- the chandelier was a little piece of the sun. The bathroom was also spacious for a Japanese hotel and seems to have been updated recently. The location at Nihombashi was good so that Tokyo Skytree, Tsukiji fish market, Asakusa, Meiji Jingu, and the Tokyo National Museum were reasonable close by. There seems to be quite a few Korean restaurants nearby, which provided good dinner options.

Did not have laundry available on site. Rooms are quite small for two people in a room. Staff was also quite rude and look annoyed during check in when the computer system failed to recognize reservation using passport
