Posisi hotel sangat dekat dengan itabashi station juga dekat dengan supermarket maruetsu serta restaurant.

Lokasinya deket banget dari Stasiun JR Itabashi, kemana-mana mudah, service nya bukan sembarang 3 star. Kekurangannya cuma kamarnya sempit dan tidak ada lemari. Direkomendasikan untuk solo traveler, kalo berdua agak sempit buat nyimpen dan bongkar kopernya.
