The manager was so gracious to us. We incorrectly booked a smoking room, but he changed it to a non-smoking one per our request without any fee. We can also freely get the supplies at the reception area. The room was small for a two bed but it was very clean. Plus, the hotel is like a 5-minute walk to the shin osaka train station. :) Recommended. Value for money.

The hotel's location is conveniently close to Shin Osaka station, yet it is situated in a surprisingly quiet area amidst residential and office buildings which provided a peaceful retreat. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The room quality was also commendable and met all my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. Additionally, the availability of an onsen was a delightful amenity that enhanced my stay further. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service. The hotel amenities are great given that the price/night is low. The rooms are really clean. This is walking distance to Shin-Osaka station around 10 mins walk. It is one train ride away to Osaka Station. We enjoyed our stay here in this hotel.

Everything was exceptional for the price. The location isn't necessarily in the center of things, but two train/subway stations are within minutes of walking distance and you can easily go anywhere from there. I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation starting my days from this hotel.
