I had an amazing experience at Citadines Osaka Namba. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Namba with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the hotel’s stylish design and the quiet, comfortable atmosphere despite being in such a lively area. The facilities, including the gym, laundry area, and lobby lounge, were well-maintained and convenient. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka!

Excellent location right at the heart of Namba, easy access to trains and shops. The hotel has many facilities, I love the onsen inside the hotel, very exhilarating. The room was clean and if you just need a place to sleep, it's a great place.

Good hotel with very strategic location, it is easy for traveler to go around Osaka or go to Kansai Airport with Nankai line. The hotel even has its own public bath

Unforgettable stay we had at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka! The location is just next to Namba Parks Mall, you can even easily go to the Mall from the 2nd floor. The hotel also offers TukTuk ride to Namba station, my son LOVES it, especially having Andy (the super kind and friendly concierge guy of the Hotel) to ride him there! The room is very clean, and as we chose the corner premium room, we got fabulous view to the parks! For sure we will definitely go back and stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka next time we go to Osaka!

This is the most pleasant place to stay while in Osaka, only 15 minutes from Namba Station and 5 minutes from Daikokuchou Station, there's mini mart beside the hotel and some near the hotel. I got the promo price for twin room with breakfast, the cafe's open till 10 pm, the staffs are really kind. Definitely will stay here again for my next trip!

The staff are friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room is spacious and comfortable. The accommodation is near the train station and Dotonbori area. Overall, it is very good.

I stay 3 nights, front office service is friendly and good in english. The room amenities are excellent as are the 4 star, towels and premium linen are replaced newly and rooms are cleaned daily room service cleaning and small children also get extra towel, toothkit and slipper shirts. Room rates are cheap for hotels in osaka and close to Daikokucho station and near Namba city and dotonbori. There is a halal food menu when bteakfast (on request). Over all good. we will stay in this hotel next time.
