連泊予定だったが2泊目はキャンセルしました。
・客室設備：リニューアルした部屋だったのですが、変わっているのはベッドとその周囲だけ。水周りなどは古いまま。空調は一応個別設定になっているようですが、ほとんど効かない。「リニューアル」とは言えない。
冷蔵庫も小さく冷えない。工事の不備なのか天井に穴があいていたりする。
・清掃：シーツに誰かの血液らしきものがついていた。部屋の各所に埃が積もっている。
・大浴場：隣接する大浴場（外来利用もある）が使えるが全体的に古くて汚い、利用マナーも悪い。
・朝食：スクランブルエッグ、サラダ、スープなどのほとんどが業務用。温かいメニュー（焼鮭、スクランブルエッグ、惣菜など）は乾いていた。サラダは変色しているものもあり乾いている。乾いても無くなるまで追加されない。
・フロントなどのスタッフ：客室からフロントへの電話の方法も知らない。チェックイン、チェックアウト共に手際が悪く、行列ができている。
