Check in was seamless. I was relieved because I checked in after10 p.m., and I was very tired. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff on the said night up to my check out. My room was comfortable and very clean.

The property is just out of the city area and also close to Kansai which makes it easy when it's time to fly home.
They give you towels and water everyday. It's close to a couple of large malls that have multiple restaurants.
The girl at the front desk (Dong) was super helpful and helped us with a late check out.
I would highly recommend staying here when in Osaka.

The room was great! Amazingly spacious, super clean, they gave water and new towels everyday.
Rental car was 1min. away.
