The hotel is in the good location, only a minute from Beppu station which has Family mart in tuere and lawson at the other end. Famous tempura restaurant is not far from the hotel and the staffs have a great service minded.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while exploring Beppu and the surrounding areas. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff spoke excellent English which made check in and asking for help easy. The hotel is located right by the train station and there is ample car parking if you are renting a car. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay again.

The breakfast was simple and nice. It was a good way to kick start our morning. My girl totally enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. We love the laundry room at level 2. Life saving.

Its a great place to stay, nothing fancy, has everything you need. I was here for 4 nights and it was perfect. If I could stay longer then I would go on some day trips to Oita and visit other famous shrines along the coast. Would stay again. Breakfast is very Japanese, small but healthy. There are plenty of options nearby, especially around Beppu Station which is 2min walk away or walk for another 10min for more choices.

It is a small hotel a few steps from then Beppu train station, and the bus station.The windows are frosted so there is no view. It is a comfortable room.

This is a total fine place to stay if you need a no-frills place; the location is great! But be mindful, it's an older building, bathrooms aren't really updated or kept clean, faucets are in the hallway. But really if you just a convenient spot to sleep, not bad if you can get a cheap price.

Neat and compact hotel in close proximity to the Beppu Station. In the quiet of the night, one could hear the trains but the sound was bearable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is quite new and walkable from Beppu JR. It's modern, ecofriendly and have all amenities that one needs for a short stay. Staff is very polite and can speak very good English. Hotel staff is also willing to advise about things to do in Beppu and how to explore Beppu efficiently if you are not driving.
Surprisingly breakfast was also quite good. Operated by couple of Japanese lady chefs it has good options for kids and adults.

Great stay. Helpful front desk staff and very close to Beppu station. I thought the hotel provided breakfast, but if it was included, I never received any breakfast coupons or info about it.
And as a frequent visitor to Japan, I am used to quite small rooms and hard beds. This hotel has regular hard Japanese beds, and I think it is the smallest hotel room that I have ever had (except for capsule hotel).
