お値段もコスパ、大分駅から徒歩6〜7分で、別館の温泉（徒歩3分位）も楽しめて、よかったです。建物は古いです。朝食はお弁当をもらい部屋で食べるのですが、白飯と鮭が美味しかったです。スタッフの方も対応よくて、気持ちよく宿泊することができました。

トイレが狭いく段差が高い。ベッド際にコンセントなし。部屋はスペースがあるが活用できていない。その割にベッドからテレビが遠く見にくい。あとは向かいの温泉施設が夜遅かったからか、湯船に浮遊物が多かった。湯の花ではないと思う。泉質は良いが。
