Hôtel très bien situé et à côté d’un super sentō que je recommande! La chambre à la japonaise, très petite, suffit pour y séjourner quelques nuits le temps de visiter Matsuyama et ses alentours, je recommande!!

5泊6日の滞在でした。市電、バス停まで徒歩2〜4分程度のため、とても便利でした。朝食は予約制で前払いでした。値段は安く美味しかったですよ。部屋は綺麗で、問題なし。行く機会があれば利用しようと思います。

なぜみんな書いてないのか不思議なくらいおじさんスタッフ（受付）の態度がすこぶる悪く不快で
シンプルに腹が立ちました。
部屋も清潔さも十分満足していたのにその1人のせいで台無し
二度と行かないです。

シングルのベッドルームに宿泊しました。ビジネスホテルとしては概ね良好です。ベッドサイドに電源がなかったり、USBポート等がないので必要に応じて持参が必要です。車で来た場合、チェックイン前にホテルの敷地外に車を駐める必要があります。私は敷地横の有料駐車場(3台駐車できる)に100円(30分以内)で駐車し、チェックイン後に案内された郵便局横の月極駐車場へ移動させました。この手間を省きたい方はホテルへ直接電話し、あらかじめ駐車場を利用したい旨を伝えたら良いのかもしれません。このホテルならではの良い点は朝食。2種から選べる郷土料理が評判どおり美味しかったです。ただし、2種ともやや塩分多めのメニューなので塩分を控えてる方にはお勧めしません。

素泊まりなので色々なサービスはありませんでしたが、困りごともなく普通に過ごせました。国鉄松山駅の雰囲気を残した駅前で、この宿も同じ時代からあるのだろうと思うとタイムスリップしたようでした。

すんません。
接待で飲酒後にチェックインして
目覚めて入浴して直ぐにチェックアウトしたので
思い出がありません。
ホテルスタッフさんにもお会いしていません😅
ですが、超駅近でお値段も安いし
改装もされているので
清潔感もありました。
次回も泊まるとおもいます。

1月の松山はJR松山駅近くに泊まる必要があるのでほぼ選択肢はないのですが、その中であかやねさんは満足できるホテルだと思います。リンスとシャンプーを分けて欲しいとかカミソリいらないからヘアブラシを欲しいとか要望はありますが。

トイレの水道水はなぜか白く、1階にウォーターサーバーがありましたが、お湯は出ず、ボトルで水を飲むこともできませんでした。紙コップしか用意されておらず、部屋にケトルがありません。
