This hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful. It's a bit of a walk from the centre of Shinjuku so was quiet and less busy around the area which we preferred.

The room size is very good. But we have a small child , the room we booked is a twin bed. Except this, everything else is perfect. Very close to tube station Shinjuku Gyoemmae station, as well as Shinjuku station. The location can’t be beaten in this area. The room also have a kitchen and fully equipped. I suggest anyone with small child will be good for them.

Staff were great and spoke English. Room was fairly small and had a bit of sewage order in the bathroom, which the hotel seem to know about since there was air freshener and they turned the fans on when they cleaned. Breakfast buffet looked ok but not exceptional, we did not purchase. Room was quiet with good heating controls. One side of the bed did not have an outlet or any charging ports, which was a bit annoying.

We found this last minute and so glad that we did, absolutely perfect for my hubby and I. We had the executive apartment so were able to buy food from the Seven11 store next door and keep in the fridge. We could unpack our clothes, both suitcases, there's a couch and tv so were able to use Netflix if we wanted to, plus kettle and tea and coffee. Taxi's were easy to get outside and there is a bus stop just there. So many eateries around this place and an easy distance to walk to tourist attractions. Laundry room so you can wash, great English speaking staff at the front desk, who were more than happy to help you if needed plus free coffee anytime you want and you can order breakfast if you choose. We were super impressed with everything about this place and MOST definitely would recommend. PS we stayed 7 nights.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are good size. Sheets and towels were changed every 3 days but for the 3 weeks we were there the comforter were not washed. We traveled with a baby and comforter/blankets got dirty ( left them on floor on purpose so they can see stains and change it) but they will just folded it and put it back in closet. Also the heater was way too hot out of nowhere, we got very stuffy nose every morning. The hotel has laundry room which was a plus but it takes a long time to dry all the clothes. Overall, we had a good time there, close to subway, food and taxis near by. Very walkable and safe area.

I spent 6 nights at this hotel— 5 nights the first week and then came back to them for 1 night after a 3-day side trip to Kyoto. Staff is very attentive and speaks English well. The hotel is a bit far from the main city activities and train station but very, very close to the national gardens which was a nice surprise. The rooms are big and comfortable.

Great location, close to Shinjuku without all the noise, and lots of cheap restaurants nearby that aren't as touristy. The property was okay, nothing extraordinary. They have a gym, unfortunately, it feels very outdated and it is in a very small space, no more than two people can do free weights at the same time. The rooms in the hotel feel dated although It served its purpose; for instance, the bathroom was clean, but the bathtub and the toilet had this yellowy color from old plastic, that doesn't make it feel sanitary, although it was clean, nor welcoming to take a bath or use their famous bidet.
