The air conditioner was not cooling enough. The electric fan was all we got. We were not even offered another room.

Hotel Nikko Tsukuba
Great central location. Shopping mall and convenience stores within walking distance, so are the train and bus stations. Rooms are clean with amenities and pyjamas provided. Coin operated washing machines are available in the central building.
