Generally ok but the other hotel guests behaviour leave much to desired. Not sure if they briefed but alot of self-centred behaviours hogging especially cups. COGO staff can do better about briefing their guests about Coliving behaviours

Friendly staff (they also speak English fluently) Good location, 10 minutes Walk from Tennoji station, a couple of Kombinis around as well. Large, pretty tatami room. Super clean and lovely. large shared space with tables and couches, and shared kitchen downstairs. Would definitely recommend. The only fault I could find are the check-in /check out times (4pm/10am) although those are pretty common for Japan. And we had to pay (200¥ Pp) to store our luggage before checking in as we arrived early. Also not a big deal.

3日間お世話になりました。一階にある共同キッチン共同トイレは定期的に清掃され不快感はありませんでした。海外にあるユースを想像してたので宿泊する外国人もうるさくなく綺麗にパブリックスペースを綺麗に使って居たのにはビックリしました。客室は若干下水の臭いがするものの部屋の環境・騒音なども無くとても良かったです。

4명이 베이직룸에서 묵었는데, 넓진 않았으나 충분히 공간적으로 여유로웠다고 생각됨. 화장실과 욕실 모두 청결했고, 쾌적했음. 방에서 보는 뷰도 매우 만족스러웠음. 주변에 맥도날드 등 간단한 식사를 할 수 있는 곳이 많아 좋았음. 직원들이 매우 친절해 이용하는데 만족스러웠음.

駅から近くて利便性が良く、館内全てにおいて綺麗に清掃されていてますシャンプー•コンディショナー•ボディーソープも用意されていていますので(メーカーにこだわりがなければ) 荷物か少量で済ますので、大変有難いですので、わたくしは大変満足です　•••が部屋にTVが無いので私の連れはイヤがっていました(笑)
