Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff members were all delightful from check-in to check-out. The lobby was bright and inviting. Our room was a sizeable area with a microwave, refrigerator and seating area. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included with the stay. Our only regret is we didn't have more nights to stay here.

So happy with our 8 day stay here while in Japan. Our main reasons for visiting was the Star Wars expo at the convention center & Disneyland. A 10 min bus ride to the shin-urayasu station with the stop a block away. And the shuttle to Disney parks was perfection. Staff was so helpful and organized. Loved having a Lawsons in the hotel. Rooms were HUGE! This is a family friendly hotel so there were always screaming kids in the lobby. Love the washer AND DRYER facilities. Coffee in the lobby at night. We used a luggage transport service to get our bags from Shinjinku and they stored them nicely. The rate was phenomenal for how nice the hotel was. It is a bit out of the way from Disney, but the shuttle was great. The area is quiet and safe and filled with a million other hotels. The Disney celebration is right across the street, but if I’m paying Disney prices i better Be ON property, so i didnt Feel bad about the location for the value. We did self check in/out with the kiosks with no issues. Our main language is English and at the time there wasn’t any staff that spoke enough to get by so we used a translator app for any questions, the staff was MORE than friendly. We did the lobby breakfast one morning, it was $14USD a person, mostly Japanese cuisine, waffles, a chocolate fountain! And a soda machine. Food was tasty, but again, due to the family friendly nature of the hotel, tons of screaming kids. I would Def come back to comfort suites!

Lovely hotel in a convenient location with shuttle bus to both Disney parks. Many shops and restaurants a short walk away. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Would stay again

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel; the convenience store and laundry made my life so much easier, and the shuttle service combined with easy access to public transit gave me the freedom to explore without any hassle!

What a great hotel and base for exploring Disney Tokyo... The free shuttle bus was such a help. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and a chocolate buffet. The rooms were nice and a goodish size for a family of 4.

It was very easy to get to and staff was great.

Property has shuttle to and from Tokyo Disneyland/DisneySea. Breakfast is really good. There is a convenience store and laundry area on the ground floor.

As a English speaker no tv and unable to connect to streaming devices for some reason

The staff was wonderful and super friendly and helpful to our large family of 8. We would definitely come back again.

Delightful place to stay especially if you have kids. Good location, free regular shuttles to Disneyland which also connects to Maihama station and runs till 9ish pm. Entry is warm and inviting for kids as well ad chance to grab a coffee or tea at lobby after a long day. The Lawsons store attached is such a relief for parents and an adventure for treat hunting for the kids at end of a long day out. Rooms are so clean, good bed and amenties. 10 min walk to couple of shopping centres nearby and restaurants. Staff are so polite and helpful and also generally leave you alone! Breakfast was just right and fun additions for kids including chocolate fountain and lolly station. Just the perfect family friendly stay for us and our kids. The availability of laundry services is so helpful too. Would definitely come back

Excellent trip after semester abroad. It was clean, fun and close to everything. Loved the shuttle.

Overall a pretty good location for family trips, particularly if your itinerary involves visiting the Tokyo Disney parks. We stayed for 5 nights in total, and enjoyed the shuttle service to the parks and the size of the room (just nice for a family of 4). The condition of the hotel is great - complete with laundry and convenience store amenities in a very pleasant location.
